The hotel is quite old and run down. It can in no way be classified as a 5 star. It feels more like an old Residence Inn. The view on the balcony is quite nice but the elevator can take a long time also - so be prepared. Also check out is 10 am and they will call and kick you out after 10 min. If it was half the price I would recommend this hotel otherwise there are better choices around.

Please improve the provision of the amenities. Even a single person living in the apartment for 4 nights, always need to ask both the concierge/ room services proactively for both the shampoo, shower gel and laundry liquid especially the laundry liquid.

The location is excellent. The hotel staff Michael is friendly and helpful. I am impressed by his warm hospitality. The hotel amenities are user friendly and sufficient. The beds are comfortable.

1. The hotel is in a very good location, convenient for taking the subway, shopping or eating. 2. The room is clean and comfortable, with a complete gym and swimming pool sauna. 3. The receptionist is very professional and friendly. I particularly like the Korean receptionist (Jooeun). She is cute! I wish I could be friends with her, and I regret not asking to take a photo with her.

Very good location. Room is very spacious and comfortable. Small tube of dish washing detergent and 2 small packets of milk were provided in the room. Very thoughtful gesture as it saves us short vacation travellers a lot of hassle of buying from supermarket and reduces wastage because we used to buy for just a few days' use and had to throw away big bottles of detergent and milk.

Arrive early, conceige will keep your luggage until check in. The room is equipped with washing machine and dryer. Could ask for amenities .

service was great! location is excellent as it is within walking distance of many nice spots. the indoor pool was really nice, especially during wintertime in Sydney! The cleanliness wasn't the best but overall, a good experience.

Venetian Macau is a very traditional western hotel located in Taipa. It’s connected with many shopping malls which are very convenient and suitable for families.

Always great stay at Meriton suites. Love the kitchen because I love to cook. There is a Woolworths a few minutes down the road as well which was great

Location is very good, lots of food choices nearby. Train station is close too. Room is good size and clean. Would possibly stay there again.

The hotel is very clean and big. There’s a kitchen, we will use the kitchen almost everyday to cook our dinner and breakfast.

I assumed the more l paid, the better it would be, but alas l was mistaken. Upon check in l was advised that l’d been upgraded to two bathrooms, yippee l thought as Mum and I have competing bladders. On inspection it took me 10 minutes to find the first bathroom which was hiding behind the bedroom door. The other bathroom and second bedroom were key locked and inaccessible. I went back down 43 floors to ask and was advised, oh no you only paid for one bedroom/bathroom. Then why was l told l’d been given an upgrade? Everything is about technology, we couldn’t turn the tv on because we’re old and technologically retarded. Had to call reception twice to get someone up to explain it, so l could write it down, we only got it working l/3 nights. I don’t have pay tv and was looking forward to watching something of my choosing. Nup. The mattresses were uncomfortable as were the lounges. To reach and see the microwave l had to kneel on the floor . There was a howling gale blowing through the kitchen from some unknown point.The layout is a poor design, no service, we got 2 towels for two people for 3 nights, seriously? Was excited about the balcony with table and chairs but NO the sliding door had been disabled. Look it’s probably fine if you’re young and healthy. But we aren’t. We’re also 5’2” and shorter so half the kitchen and most of the storage areas were inaccessible. Not recommended for older or people with little tech knowledge of

The location is great and near to train station, and other shopping areas. You will most of the things you need if you are staying for a couple of days. The lift lobby is small though taking account of the number of rooms in the hotel and the waiting time for the lift may tale a bit of time at times. Anyway, great place to stay and enjoy.

The security access using the room key card with the elevators made me feel very safe. High speed elevators very smooth and fast. Suite was spacious as advertised. High elevation suite worth the extra cost. The view makes just being in your room an event. Coffee machine with espresso pods, sugar, and fresh cream in the fridge tasted great. Full kitchen amenities and washer dryer definitely a bonus.
