The general facilities of GreenTree Inn are relatively reliable. It’s not bad for a stay of less than 200 yuan. A wooden table will be cleaner But you can’t cook it for me on the first night. There was someone not in the corridor, but the sound spread throughout the corridor I feel like there is something wrong with my ears and the sound is loud The only problem with sound insulation is that there is no one next door. There was a man and woman next to me who were still talking in the middle of the night. The soundproofing was really bad, but later I called the security man to knock on the door and tell him. It was quite a painful night, as the hotel didn't have earplugs. I turned on the air conditioner and it was still very stuffy in the middle of the night, making it difficult to fall asleep. It was much better to move to the second floor the next day. There was no one there, so there was a square dance downstairs, but it ended at around 9pm. The toilet facilities in the room were very poor the next day. The shower head could only produce half of the water and the door was broken.

酒店就在古鎮裏面 附近有停車場 步行幾分鐘即可。 房間還可以，挺乾淨的，老闆也挺熱情的，有問題都能及時處理。 不足的就是 朋友住的那間熱水實在太慢了，放了很久才有點暖還不算很熱，大人倒無所謂，小朋友洗澡後面乾脆在我們房間洗了，然後他們房間內也沒有空調，不過還好有個取暖器 最重要的是！隔音效果實在不行 隔壁説話聲音，夜間入住樓上的走樓梯聲音 房間內走路聲音都聽的一清二楚，搞笑的是 早晨住客下來的聲音真的像滾下來的一樣咚咚咚😂😂😂反正就是聲音挺大的 還好睡得晚醒得早又是自然醒 如果碰到睡眠淺的估計不太行。 但是整個環境説實話還是可以的。 評論衹是個人觀點 僅供參考 還是要自己入住體驗

This hotel has really gone down since I last stayed here. It’s badly in need a renovation to bring it back up to modern standards. Very old and worn down now. Staff were great and helpful. Breakfast was ok Will probably look to stay somewhere else next time I’m Suzhou.

10 minutes away form subway station , the hotel is clean and service was good, the neighborhood seems too lonely during the day but at night there are many options to eat , not many things to do there though besides eating.

Good food compared with its' price. Survice is fabulous. Waiters in restaurant can tidy up dishes been used at once and room service also respends fast. The only dilemma is that the bathtub has not been cleaned carefully. Totally, good.

The third stay for me in this hotel. I keep coming back because everything works very well here. The staff is friendly and professional. Location is great, there is a big shopping mall across the street and metro lines 3 and 1 are also nearby. I liked the large breakfast buffet, especially the noodle station. The room was maybe a bit old but large and quiet. Excellent price/quality.

We had a really nice experience here. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room could be a little more spacious. The staff cleaned the environment well...The Breakfast though needs more Western style variety. The hotel is located close to a shopping mall and there are eating options there. Its also near a Lawson which is very convenient for daily small purchases.

The hotel is in a good location. There is a bustling Japanese-style pedestrian street next to it, which is full of Japanese food restaurants. There are many options. From the conversation, I can hear that there are many Japanese passers-by and diners. I believe these stores are very authentic. The hotel facilities and sanitary conditions are very complete and comfortable. L'Occitane toiletries, smart toilets, and household appliances such as microwave ovens, induction cookers, and washing machines are also equipped. The cleaning staff is also very good. Because the handover was late in delivering water to the room, they apologized repeatedly. The only puzzling thing is the indifference and stiffness of the attitude of the hotel front desk staff, which is completely inconsistent with the hotel hardware! It stands to reason that such hotel facilities must have an efficient management team, but why is the attitude of the front desk staff, especially a man, so cold and bad? His expression, tone, and attitude are extremely stiff and condescending, which makes people feel completely unable to feel at home. It is really puzzling 🤔!
