The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the big Suzhou central shopping mall and close to the lake. Very convenient to get to by taxi. The room was super clean, all amenities provided and the bed was super comfortable!

This hotel is unexpectedly nice for the price. We were very comfortable and happy with our 5 night stay there. It’s not very convenient to restaurants, stores or attractions by foot, but a short taxi/didi ride brings you to the heart of Suzhou.

I took my family to Suzhou for a trip. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but they were clean. The reception service at the front desk was very good. They gave a bottle of warm water to the elderly. There was also freshly ground coffee for the guests, which was a big plus. The family also liked the souvenirs, which added a lot of surprises to our trip.

The room is clean and tidy, and the overall layout has its own characteristics. The attitude of the front desk staff is also very good. We came by car, and parking is convenient here. It is close to Jinji Lake, and there are many takeaways around and the delivery is fast. I will come again if I have the chance!

The hotel of Shuxiangshijia is ancient and quiet, which is my favorite style. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures. The service is very good.
