The customer service department also thoughtfully prepared snacks and slippers for the children. It felt like home! They also prepared fish food for the children, and the children loved it! I especially like the humanized and considerate service of the breakfast department 👍! Because Xiaobao got up late and missed breakfast, they packed a delicious breakfast for us! For this reason, I will choose Su Yuan Hotel next time I come to Suzhou

The room is big and there are fish to feed! The service is very considerate and the room is relatively clean! It is worthy of being a well-established five-star hotel! It is very convenient to go to various places in Suzhou! It takes more than 10 minutes by car!

The breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western, and there are ice cubes, which is very suitable for me who need iced American. The restaurant will send water and cakes for everyone to take out to play and eat. There are disposable bathtub bags and two kinds of slippers. There is a subway 3 minutes walk from the hotel. You can transfer or go directly to Su Bo, Shantang Street, Guanqian Street, etc. The aunt who cleans the room in the morning is not the same as the night. . Disadvantages: I booked a 2-meter bed, but it turned out to be 2 single beds put together. There is a hard edge in the middle, which is the border between the two beds. It is uncomfortable to sleep. The TV is too old, 32, and can only receive regular channels, and it is not HD. On the first night, I called the room to send disposable slippers and bathtub bags, and they were delivered. Then I needed a nail clipper, so I asked if they had one. The room lady said you didn't tell me, so I said please send one. She mumbled something and left. I didn't hear it clearly, but I felt that she was unhappy. It's not the closest to the attractions, and it takes several subway stops to Suzhou Station. The same goes for other attractions.
