Hygiene: Very good, clean, non-allergenic sheets. Tables are clean and dust-free. Service: Very good and considerate Facilities: The water pressure of the shower is great, the inner room is quiet, the chairs are comfortable, and the table lamps are bright. The gym is also good and modern. Breakfast: Good The bed is soft and easy to collapse. The two pillows in the room are high pillows. Generally, hotels will choose one high and one low pillow. Overall, it is good.

I temporarily decided to go to Suzhou Bay for the weekend and booked this hotel. The room was upgraded for me. Thank you very much~ I can give full marks for this service. The room was really big and clean. The only drawback was that there was dust on the windows and the windows in the aisle near the elevator. This is related to the nearby construction. I hope there will be improvements after the surrounding construction is completed. Also, the TV is too small for traditional cable TV. The hotel breakfast is average and has no special features. It does not match the quality of Hilton. Attached are the photos I took nearby.

The hotel is very nice. We are lucky to be upgraded to a suite with extra space. Staff are friendly and helpful. If I have to be picky, it’s not too close to the attractions of Suzhou. But with the excellent coverage of their online can order app, everywhere can be reached within 20mins under or around 20RMB, so it didn’t bother us too much. And just one thing, the live TV is weirdly with lagging as if the signals are from the internet. But if u don’t watch tv or do a smart device casting, it’s fine. (Just we were watching the French Open final so the picture lags were a bit disturbing lol) Overall it was very very nice :)

Arrived at the hotel very late at night. I was generally satisfied when I entered the room. The hotel is next to a river and there is a clothing store downstairs. I had to catch the high-speed train the next day, so I asked the front desk to issue an invoice and bill in advance. I got up in the morning and had a quick breakfast. I went to the front desk to get the invoice and bill, returned the room card, and hurriedly took a taxi. I will stay here again in the future and enjoy it. The photos were taken before and after coming to the hotel, the scenery near Jinji Lake and the scenery along the high-speed rail. I forgot to take pictures at the hotel.

I really liked to stay at Hampton by Hilton hotel in Suzhou. The facilities, equipment and environment in particular are excellent. The breakfast is included, big choice of food. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of Chinese guests at the hotel. But as a foreigner, I would like to add that it is easy to stay here for foreign guests as well, because the stuff of the hotel try to help with all the issues and it becomes really comfortable to live at the hotel. I would like to thank in particular the administrative person, Melody, for her kind help to me as a guest of the hotel with administrative registration. Also, the room is very clean, the view from the window very beautiful, can see the river and the center of Suzhou, the hotel room is beautiful and comfortable, also here is a comfortable table and chair for working on computer if needed. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and highly recommend it to other guests.
