Surat Hotels with Pools

The hotel is one of the first five star places in Surat. So it’s got history. It’s showing in a few places but no more than expected with a property this age. Service was extremely good and attentive. Overall, a good place to stay in Surat.

When I went to Surat, I lived in TGB at first, but it was almost all vegetarian. I couldn't bear it. Later, I often lived in Gateway, this is the first time I live here. In short, the rooms are very new, and the rooms of the same grade are about the same size as the Gateway, but there are fewer facilities and the garden area is very limited. Locals still prefer parties that are engaged in weddings in the Gateway. The place is relatively biased, and taxis can only be booked through the front desk or online. Ordered without breakfast, then ate two meals. At checkout the front desk said that breakfast was included and there were two more. I regret it when I didn't check in.

Room is good, hygiene, food has to be improved. Atmosphere is good. Provide a table in the room for working purpose.

Hotel under renovation during stay Renovated late at night, a lot of noise, Ctrip did not prompt when booking, which seriously affected sleep. Called the front desk and said that the decoration was ended very early, but ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Stayed in the hotel for business purpose. the hotel is situated near the industrial area. the entrance is a bit odd as you have to pass through small road amidst the fields. the rooms are bit small but have all the required stuff. the breakfast was served at top floor. the food was OK. cleanliness needs to be improved. there is a garden restaurant which has a very nice ambience. If you are looking for sleeping after a hectic day in the industrial area, this is a good option.

It's was very clean great service great staff very helpful. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Situated in a good area will definitely return. The breakfast is bit small the restaurant is strictly veg only the mangers went out off there way to make sure we were comfortable
