I had a wonderful experience here. The hotel is conveniently located just a three-minute walk from a large shopping mall, making it very easy to access shops and restaurants. The living environment was excellent, and the front desk staff kindly upgraded my room, which made my stay even more comfortable. After wandering around for weeks, being able to relax and watch Netflix was simply fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Surabaya!

A historical hotel. Architecture as grand as Raffles Hotel, Singapore since founded by the same Sarkies Brothers. Not just another Hotel. But an iconic landmark in Surabaya.

Good for couples who wish to take nice photos, we managed to get free upgrades as the room type we booked was full. Breakfast has different cuisines to choose, ingredients were fresh and good quality.

Here is definitely the best hotel which I have ever stayed in.The hotel could be said to be a historical monument.Living in it feels like travelling back to more than 100 years ago.I am very satisfied with the service of the waitress.This place has left me with very good memories.I hope that I can stay here next time when I come to Surabaya.

Lovely stay in a museum! Well maintained rooms! Front desks, Chef Pudra and breakfast crews were on point and always smiling eagerly to assist! The spa was awesomeness!

I have spent decades travelling for work and the Majapahit is now my favourite hotel on earth. It is like staying in the pages of a history book. My beautiful king suite room opened onto the swimming pool and my only regret is not having more time to stay there. Everything about this hotel is classy, from the fantastically friendly general manager, through the fabulously helpful and kind staff, to the facilities such as the great restaurant (breakfast is never to be missed!), rocking pub and beautiful swimming pool area. The hotel is also in a very good downtown location and near the big shopping malls if that is your thing. To travel to Surabaya and not stay in the Majapahit, would not only be a missed opportunity, it would be a crime against future memories. I cannot wait to get back there.

Centrally located, can get to a big mall within 3min's walk. and the service is great too.

I didn't use the amenities, so I indicate 3stars, breakfast has varieties choices, room is spacious and cleaned, staffs are friendly, i enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

I had great time staying there. The hotel , the room, the environment and the staff was nice and friendly. The food at the restaurant was really good too. I choose Hotel Majapahit because i want to experience the place where history happened and how convenient the surrounding area. So, book it and see it for yourself!
