Very good. They offer free airports shuttle. And the room is pretty large.

There was no fridge in room. Lots of parking for $10/day. Room was clean. Daily housekeeping. Staff very friendly. Overall good place to stay.

The hotel is close to the bus stop and the atmosphere is a little old and nostalgic. The room was clean and the hotel breakfast was American based and reasonably priced and delicious.

The hotel looks good but is far from the main road. Must have a car to come out to Rome. Cleanliness is available. Average amenities

The bath water was actually cold. In the middle of winter, the child was so cold that he could only sleep wrapped in his clothes. It really failed to meet the expectations of the Hilton brand. I was seriously dissatisfied and extremely disappointed!

It is inconvenient to eat, so you can only pay by credit card, not cash. The decoration of the facilities is relatively old. I chose it just to catch a flight.

The hotel service is pretty good. The location is close to the airport. The room is spacious, bright and quiet.

Good for business trips

I appreciated that they kept the room open. We got in in the wee hours of the morning. I wish the shuttle was 24/7, as the Uber cost a lot for a short ride. The person at check in was very nice, but the staff person in the morning was a bit rude. Overall it is a nice facility but a microwave would be nice, as would a free continental breakfast (or at least coffee in the lobby).

Because the property is so large, it might be good to place more directional sings in the lower level sharing where the additional exit doors/ access areas are located. If these are located, then the front desk did not make us aware of the closest access area to our room. Overall, it was a lot of walking to enter and leave the building and reach our vehicle.

Wonderful stay, very accessible and clean. Only down fall was the king sized bed was uncomfortable.

Upon checking in the only two worsss said to me were I’d and credit card. Then when I was handed my key he said down the hall. That’s fine of it was accurate but I could have made a left or right down a very long hallway. I was assigned a room on the middle of a school trip of 13 yo. It was loud at 9:30 when I checked in and again at 6am. The curtains didn’t close completely on a ground level room which I find very odd. There were holes on the rug. Definitely not a well maintained propert or managed well
