環境是很不錯 只是酒店硬件設施太不完善了 既然是針對親子游，基本供暖和熱水洗澡都沒辦法解決，我們訂的別墅房，最多2個人洗澡水温還很低，小孩根本洗不了澡！再燒就要等1個多小時太麻煩了！！如果是夏天一家人洗澡更是剛需。一樓房間連門都沒有，空調開最大都很冷。帶寶寶去住需要的礦泉水多 畢竟要沖牛奶，第一次遇到加水需要收費的6/瓶！體驗感太差了。房間冷 沒熱水 礦泉水收費就這三點，應該不會再去了！可以去動物園玩 但是不建議住這個酒店 除非你不需要洗澡不怕冷

去之前攻略了一下，看到園區很大，不想玩那麼累就選擇兩天一夜，住在動物園酒店。可以説這次孩子玩的非常開心。大馬戲非常精彩，表演者水準非常高，真的是國際大馬戲，看了兩遍。其他演出也值得看，不一樣的感覺。主打與各種小動物互動，主要是投食，自己帶了一些胡蘿蔔，自駕區和酒店裡的小動物都是可以喂的。步行區需要購買園區給動物提供的食物，看到了最近很火的卡皮巴拉（水豚），興奮的不得了。第二天租了一輛電車，開了半天也是非常的過癮。還有水世界，水很乾凈，設施大小非常適合小盆友玩，人很少，感覺就像包場了。住的房間外面就是小動物，一大早就是各種投喂，六點多就起來了，喂不過癮，就感覺帶的東西太少。哈哈。。。。
園區內的工作人員和酒店服務人員，態度都非常好。管家車隨時待命，非常貼心，房間寬敞、舒適，晚上睡覺非常安靜，還備足了礦泉水。
總體感覺非常好，園區主打就是互動、休閑，是孩子的樂園，以後還會去。

物超所值，獨立木屋，帶陽台，可以曬衣服看動物，包含門票表演都含，可以2天玩到閉園，大馬戲精彩，夜裡的打鐵花真漂亮，租的小車住店遊客包天160，隨走隨停。帶着孩子真是省腿啊。管家服務人員特別好，提前開空調，隨時接送。確實偏僻，沒外賣，提前準備點吃的，園內有餐廳，偏貴一點，酒店有早餐，晚餐火鍋。確實遠，開車比較合適，我們打車去，離徐州市區較遠。

房間環境很好，就是周圍比較偏僻基本沒有賣東西的，所以去之前需要自己帶足，其他都很好，服務也很熱情，總體滿意

房間沒熱水，一共住進去4户，洗了10分鐘沒熱水了，等了一個小時才有熱水，晚上住進去躺床上一抬頭看見了蜘蛛網，就好煩，畢竟有小孩，跟客服説了有蜘蛛網，然後就沒有然後了，也沒人説句話，就扣了要的幾瓶水的錢扣完之後退了我按金就沒了，連個抱歉都沒有，無語！
所謂的大馬戲vip座位也是舞臺中間後邊的看台，前邊的軟座還要花50再買票！
