Clarion Hotel

Place is a dump 2 floors are occupied by long term care patients and when the elevator doors open it smells like piss Balance of floors have a mish mash of business people like me and families that are homeless.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and a bonus that it was pet-friendly. The area the hotel is in can feel unsafe but there’s a 24 hour security guard. Overall, it served as a good one night stop on my cross country road trip.

Great staff! Very helpful at checking and then I was missing a part of my iPhone charger and the gentleman was kind enough to find me one. Thanks

This hotel and prooerty location were ok at best, first off I had no idea 2 of the floors were being used as a rehab facility. With that being said i didn't not feel safe here but I was also shocked to see security set up in the lobby so that made for an interesting first impression. The good. The hotel lobby halls and pool were nice and clean and heated, the sauna was also clean.

This hotel has attempted to update and upgrade the experience but it falls short on a number of fronts The rooms are clean but have a lingering smell of cigarette smoke that we disguised with a scented candle. Tolerable but not perfect The rooms have been updated but the bathroom is tiny ( you need to close the door to sit on the toilet), the vanity surface is the size of a side plate, but the shower has been updated , is clean and spacious The TV is an older 32” screen and the remote is old and feeble They only clean and service the rooms once a week (on Wednesday) unless a guest checks out. But they don’t empty the garbage or stock the vanity items or change the towels during the stay The best part of the experience was the front desk staff. He was wonderful

Great hotel! Staff was super friendly and helpful, especially the guy working maintenance, I believe his name was Justin. The rooms were clean, spacious and nice. The kids loved the pool area. The location is not the greatest but they did have security to address that issue. Will definitely stay there again.

This hotel has an excellent management team. My original stay was cancelled do to a storm. I called the hotel and the person at the front desk was very understanding. I wasn’t charged for calling after 6pm for the same day stay. I was happy to re-book 2 days later when our trip plans changed again. We were very impressed with the staff and the resultant as well. Thank you !

Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Walking distance to everywhere we were going!

Property is located in downtown area. It is very convenient location and everything is nearby however area doesn’t feel safe for families. Property is quite old but they have kept in good shape. Cleanliness was very good. Overall alright
