One of Subic's secret resorts, the swimming pool has a vast mountain and sea view, vivid wild monkeys move in the park, and the big bed will not be kicked even if it is with a child

Very comfortable location, very private space, relatively large room, bed and sofa are very comfortable. The waiters are all very enthusiastic, and the most attentive employees are probably the two young men from the restaurant in the outer area!
There are also many shortcomings, the bathroom supplies are too old and are in a broken state; the TV is too small and the space is too different from the original room, and the waiter is difficult to find. What frightened me the most was John, the service staff at the front desk. Seeing the different attitudes towards each other and being particularly difficult with Chinese passports, this caused me to bury my head in the dark about this store!

Room is huge and clean. Buffet breakfast can be busy/crowded sometimes. Food is elevated somehow. Beach/pool areas are clean. Helpful stuff. Located in a secluded area in Subic hence you’ll get full privacy. Good for family or large group.

Got 2 rooms here for my family for 2 nights. The spacious rooms were clean but it looks the same as it did a few years ago since I last visited. The food was good and much improved. The staff were friendly, attentive and commendable. Massage was availed in the room as their spa is being renovated. l like the beach and overall resort serenity.

no one's answering on sales office. Been trying to get in touch with them for a week now. The reservations did answer my call but since it's a group/corporate booking, they gave the sales number but to no avail, sales office is always unavailable. The worst part is, they keep on hanging up the phone.

This is our 2nd time to go to Kamana and this is becoming our favorite go to beach lately. Why? Just 2 to 3 hrs away from Manila via SCTEX and and it is ......quiet and serene. It gives you a feeling of having a private beach all to yourself. Even when the resort was full there were plenty of space for your family. Rooms are spacious together with in room ammenities. They have somewhat worked on their shoreline thanks to nature, the sand covered some of the sharp rocks before. The biggest win on this 2nd trip of ours was the food. They have improved and seems that they have revomed some of their ingredients. Pricey but was still ok. Lastly, the staff has been consistently hospitable and helpful. They even looked out for my kid while he was playing basketball at the port nearby while my wife and I had quality time at the pool and beach. Will definitely be our go to beach resort! Good job, Kamana!!! You have out done yourselves this time!!!!

It’s our first time to go to this place and it’s quite far from commercial establishments so you have to have all of your needs before going there. You can feel the exclusivity of the resort since they have their own road going there in the midst of the jungle forest. Lobby was not that stunning as it looks like a receiving area. Parking is big so it’s not a problem. The room is spacious and big but it’s not what I expected. Furnitures are a little bit outdated and lots of scratches from previous guests. Everything in the room is just basic for a premium resort. We rented two rooms at the ground floor so we have an easy access to the pool and the beach. The pool is great. Water temperature was just right (not cold nor warm) with a great view especially during sunset. The beach is not that nice because you have to pass on a gate and no beach sand area. The staffs are very helpful and polite. Food is a little bit expensive but taste good for us. Buffet breakfast was also satisfying but not something to rave about. If you love nature, this place is for you as there are birds flying around the area during afternoons and monkeys are roaming around at the back of the vicinity. They have several amenities like beach volleyball, playground, basketball and kayaking. My overall experience is just very good but not excellent because I expect too much about this place. Maybe I’ll go back only if they will lower their rates.

Rooms It is quite spacious, clean, and there was no foul smell. Kudos to Housekeeping staffs. Thank you for accomodating all our requests. Keep it up! I like the ambiance, swimming pool temperature, and how I wish there is bar/resto staff available to take orders at the beach. Front office The area desk should be bigger and more staff to accomodate faster check in and out. FO Staffs should be more approachable and have pleasing smiles. Restaurant **More food selections and availability (since the area is far from the city) ** Waiting time is longer as expected for ordering in room services and dine in. Example: (1 to 2 hours waiting time) Nevertheless, they apologized and compensate us. (thanks to the F&B supervisor for manning up & taking actions) ** Food cost is quite expensive yet the taste, presentation and service was not good but can be improve as well. Some of the staffs are friendly, approachable and helpful. We hope, when we come back there will be improvements especially at the restaurant/bar. We will definetely come back because of the rooms, cleanliness, beach view and swimming pool.

FIRE YOUR KITCHEN STAFF. The place is so lovely. The vibe is great. They didn't crowd the place. The staff are helpful. EXCEPT YOUR KITCHEN OR WHOEVER PREPARES THE FOOD. The food sucks. Whoever puts CHIPOTLE SAUCE ON A FREAKIN STEAK? Or not put salt on your food "because it is cooked on butter anyway". Im telling you, the downfall of this place IS THE BAD QUALITY OF FOOD!

This trip is long overdue as it was postponed due to changing quarantine status that affected travel between NCR and Region 3. Nevertheless, the management made good of its commitments to us and we were never charge a centavo more than the stipulated cost of the vacation package. Great service is one of the reasons for coming back. The staff will do their best to make your stay as momentous as possible. Foor is delicious. True it is quiet pricey but the cost of bringing supply to the resort from the market makes it reasonable for a person with a clear mind. Thr facilities were upgraded and additional watersports activities were offered to guests. My verdict? I shall return and enjoy a restful weekend there.

This is our second time to stay in Kamana. We really like it there because the place is clean, spacious, amenities are nice, and the staff are friendly, courteous and quick to respond to your needs. There were only a few other people staying there, or so it seemed because we rarely bump into other people maybe because the place is big. This time we got the the deluxe twin loft room and it was very nice! But it was situated at the 3rd floor and there was no elevator so it was a bit hard for our seniors to go up there. Breakfast buffet was good with many variety. Ala carte was also good but servings are small and very expensive. And service was slow. The beach is amazing. The water is clear and they offer water activities like kayak and paddle boat. However, the sand is a bit rocky with lots of shells so it would be a good idea to bring aqua shoes. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in Kamana and we will definitely go back there.
