It is a very good hotel, location is perfect. Shopping mall is just downstairs. Service is nice. PPR high.

Our go to hotel with easy parking, good amenities, easy access from highway, plenty of FnB, massage, spa, salon, things to do in the Mall. Easy to check in and check out. Parking per 1 time at Rm5+ rate. Rooms spacious, bathroom clean. Pillows a bit worn but gv 2 pcs.

Convenient place. Near to malls. Happening place. Nice breakfast. Spacious room. Clean.

Room is very spacious but very old, phone and cable not working and one of the toilet lock is broken.

The overall journey was good but I strongly suggest Trip.com to amend and update the photos because they no longer have swimming and gym available for use. However, you can get a few % off if you shop in the shopping centre next to the hotel but only some shops. The housing keeping guy was really helpful and friendly so was the receptionist.

Overall the room was spacious, very confortable for me and my 2 kids. The beds quite confy. My kids enjoy their sleep. But the clinnines have to be improve a lot as I found that the edge of sink and the bathtub was so dirty.The additional pillow also unchanged. Got some stained and hairs on it. And no hot water!! And the bathtub was leaked. That really upset us. We can't enjoy our bubble bath at all. The breakfast was so so... Very limited choice. Will I revisit again. NEVER.

This is our third time staying here in this hotel. We chose this hotel because it is just beside the Empire Mall and it is very convenient to get lunch and dinner. The breakfast is good with a variety of choices. Carpark is very easy and plenty of empty space at B4 carpark area. Validate your TnG card at the front desk before leaving the hotel flat rate charge of RM5.

Friendly and helpful check in staff and housekeeping staff too. If we wanted extra towels, housekeeping staff always obliged. Convenient location.

Room is clean and shopping mall was just below the hotel.

I booked The Premier Essential Twin Room for a two nite stay on 27th-29th May. I believed that my room was not prepared when I checked in. The bathroom lacked of essential amenities like tooth brushes and shower cap except hand soap in broken pieces. Furthermore, there was only 1 pair of disposable slipper and I was in dismay when housekeeping said to me they had run out of stock for slipper. I asked to speak to the manager, Mr Ng on the following day. He was apologetic but very responsive. He noted my concern in his diary, and promptly addressed to it. The amenities were replenished, including the slipper and I received additional bottles of mineral water. Thank you, Mr Ng, for your efficient work.

Although the hotel staff provide excellent services, the hotel is seriously in need of maintainance

The location is great and linked to shopping mall with lots of restaurants. Food is delicious and with reasonable price. The room is spacious except the bottled water was opened one. The room service staff should always check thoroughly.

Best for family with kids. The hall is so big and very comfortable.
