The communication from the hotel was first rate giving me all the information I needed. I arrived and was greeted by a friendly receptionist who checked us in efficiently. The rooms are lovely with soft and comfy beds. Our stay was cut short due to family issues and this is where the hotel staff excelled. They went above and beyond to assist us which was really appreciated. We have booked to return in the near future and are really looking forward to coming back. Many thanks
