The reception desk helped me to take out my SIM card from my iPhone and prepared me a breakfast before normal breakfast time period.

Exceeded all expectations except no iron in room and no sauna in hotel. Restaurant downstairs is very high standard, book first to avoid missing out as it can be very busy.

Best location, Very friendly and helpful frontdesk, clean&quiet room, and good breakfast! What more can you ask from a hotel? 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The exterior of the building looks very old, but the interior is very new, and the staff are very enthusiastic and willing to provide various assistance to the residents. Also helped us to delay the check-out time

The location of the hotel is very good. Very close to the train station. Ten minutes walk to the commercial center. Facilities are a bit outdated, bathroom fan noise is a bit loud

It was a hotel facing the main street about 3-4 minutes on foot from Stockholm Central Station, so I was able to go without hesitation. The first night was a room without a safety box, so from the second night we were able to change to a room with a safety box and we were able to spend comfortably. The breakfast buffet had a small number of items and was the same every day, but it was delicious. If I go again, I would like to stay.

Very shabby hotel, mismatched lamps that aren't centrally controlled, just quite run down. It's definitely seen better days. Cleanliness not great either: there was some sticky residue on the floor in our room when we arrived.
