The view is beautiful and the breakfast is very good. Highly recommended!

The hotel's terrace and rooftop have a good view. Facing the snow-capped mountains. But the room given does not face the snow-capped mountains. The room is small, the bed is very narrow, less than one meter wide, and you need a key to open the door, there is no room card. The room is not soundproof, there are cows, sheep and dogs at the back, and the barking of dogs is very loud. The breakfast is simple and replenished quickly.

It was a great place to stay with a view of the mountains. The breakfast was also delicious. There was a power outage during my stay.

The hotel service is very good, the facilities are relatively complete, and the mountain scenery is very good. I personally think it is a good deal at 2000 less than the other hotel.

Convenient parking and good breakfast

There are snow-capped mountains opposite and the scenery is really great. This price position. Very reasonable. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the supermarket. There are many varieties for breakfast. Top floor 🈶Large terrace. The view is really amazing.

Very nice hotel with the magnificent view of Kazbek mountain. The personnel is very friendly, and breakfast is of high variety and quality dishes. We stayed with friends in this hotel in early September 2024, and were happy there. We certainly recommend this hotel if you plan on visiting the area.

The lobby area is quite hip and cost, reception very friendly and helpful. The rooms though are rather basic in all aspects: furniture, sanitary, safe, closets. Bed and pillows are too hard to be comfortable (but that’s maybe a matter of preference). We asked for and got another room as our first room was at the end of the hotel with next door construction work going on, appreciated. Still, though this is a new hotel, it’s already showing visible signs of deterioration, with closets that do no longer close, a safe that wasn’t working, lifts that were out of order, airco down (which seems to be a regular issue reading other reviews), visible humidity in ceiling corner, mold on the curtains (which we only noticed when leaving). Still, we had a pleasant time at the hotel, which has a good vibe in the common area. Positives are the stunning view from the room, the friendly bar tender, the good breakfast, free parking next to the hotel.
