Location is near to bus train station. Ideal place to stay with appropriate amenities. Comfy bed and nice river view. Worth the money. Just be aware that there are no lifts if you are travelling with numerous luggages. Breakfast is nice as well.

The staff was very nice and helpful and was always available to answer questions. The food was also very tasty and reasonably priced. However, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired, with spider remains in the bathroom, sticky eyelashes from the previous guest on the table and crumbs in the bed. There are no sockets directly near the bed and you definitely have to have an adapter with you.

The hotel does not have an elevator. It is not recommended to stay if you have a lot of luggage. It is very difficult to carry it up.

The equipment is old and the sofas are broken. Fortunately, the location is very good. There is a parking lot next to it. There is enough hot water and no air conditioning. Not suitable for couples

Hotel was in an ideal location for us for Thorpe Park Staff were friendly, rooms were spacious and clean Breakfast lacked a bit of variety for £15.50, there weren't enough sockets in the room or any near the bed, and the bed was a little too hard which made it a bit uncomfortable, but for the price and location I would recommend the hotel

This nicely appointed hotel has been a delight -- so after staying here for nearly a week I just extended my stay by another week. It's truly peaceful, VERY quiet, even though it's on a main road, as the soundproofing of the rooms is superior. My room is also unusually spacious including a sitting area with a sofa and chair as well as a sizable built-in desk, and I LOVE the tub/shower (actual cast iron tub + very deep!), and there's even a towel warmer, along with a generously sized wardrobe/storage area including tea-making and a small cooler. The staff were kind enough to let me check in early which was Truly appreciated, and Ana (front desk) has been particularly helpful in making that happen initially for me as well as on a number of occasions -- both in helping this hapless American with some British currency questions, as well as getting into London on the train, and she also promptly responded to a couple issues with my room upon my arrival-- these were minor and were dealt with straightaway + with a warm smile by Ana. Other staff have also been helpful, and this includes Magda who is another staffer who exudes a genuine spirit of "welcome"...which actually goes a long way when one is traveling (especially having just arrived in England for my first visit here). All has gone well during my stay overall, which is obviously why I decided to remain here for awhile yet, and I've also enjoyed the lavish buffet breakfast as well as lunch on the deck during a period of sun...the pizza was yummy and what a peaceful vantage point for enjoying the river. Have walked to a nearby pub and shops and also walked from the train station, there's quite a bit on offer within 10-15 min. on foot. I also enjoy sitting in the public spaces with my laptop -- this charming hotel is lovely as well as tranquil, and Kudos to their diligent staff...!

Stayed here for a business trip. Firstly my room was lovely and spacious! huge bed, balcony looking over the Thames and a great breakfast with so much choice. Staff were lovely and welcoming and had no issues parking. Really clean and a lovely bar area. Would stay again

We booked a river view room but got a view of trees Instead. We could hear next door on the phone. It was like they were in the same room as us. The bed was comfortable but the room dated. The bathroom floor We found to be dangerous. The flooring in the bathroom needs to be replaced or can see a nasty accident going to happen

We stayed for a single night, bed and breakfast whilst moving our daughter into nearby Royal Holloway University. Reviews had been mixed, though the later once were much better. We found the hotel very pleasant in every respect. Spacious room with comfortable king-size bed. Tea and coffee making stuff provided. Bathroom modern and very clean. Breakfast was typical buffet style but none the worse for that. Lots of fresh fruit available. We will definitely stay again if visiting.

The hotel is at a great location. The walk by the river was so serene. They have a riverside restaurant, which is just peaceful and so beautiful. Loved every minute. Staff is more than helpful. They are cheerful. Magda was so absolutely amazing. She took care of every little things personally. Loved having her around. Definitely recommend staying here.
