We were extremely disappointed that there was no elevator (traveling with elderly in our party), and heartbroken that the pool was much too cold to get in and the hot tub was out of commission indefinitely (the sign on it only said 'Down for maintenance tonight' and we asked staff to confirm it would open the next day, they seemed annoyed by an absurd question. We asked them to update their sign and their website.) - we had booked this hotel 2 nights solely for pool and hot tub. Communication to booking apps should happen!
The walkable convenience to Walmart and delicious breakfast were lovely but the nice extra large rooms really need a table and or chairs. We took a chair from the stockpile under the side stairwell.

The staff at this hotel is amazing! They work hard and are extremely accommodating. The hotel it’s self needs some improvements.

I was fairly shocked by the condition of the hotel. The staff was kind and friendly, but the room was very dirty and in bad condition. The wallpaper was peeling, the furniture had multiple visible stains and disrepairs, the room smelled, and I did not feel comfortable. The tv did not work. There was dirt / crumbs on the floor, as well as in the hallway and in the vending machines. There was a stain on my sheets. Given the price, I expected a higher quality stay.

Chose this location since it had a hot tub. Wasn’t in service kind of a bummer. Lots of noise all hours of the nights people running down the hall ways. Front desk let it happen. Other than this it’s a convent location.

Breakfast was missing in my opinion had a couple things thats it. Stayed in rapid city few nights before same hotel they had a whole spread for breakfast. Place wasn't great but not terrible just ok

I found a filthy sock in the room when I first walked in and then found a bed bug infestation in the mattress. I took pictures and video. Staff was happy to give a refund and I left immediatly

Advertise a pool and hot tub but they are not in working order and havent been for sometime. They send people to sister hotel across the street. Sister hotel is tired of it and no longer allowing it. Fix them or dont advertise them.
Hotel manager, nre young gal, was quite nice.
