Thank you for upgrading my room for free ! Staff is friendly. Lot of parking spaces. Superb view. Very good breakfast. Delicious italian dinner. Spacious room and bathroom. The most important thing is the SUNSET VIEW!

The pool and the sunset are excellent . Room was clean and the cleaners are very polite, and friendly. The restaurant on Level 3 is overpriced. Some foods are reasonably tasty others are just awful. The hotel is just too far from town and very little else to do apart from the pool and restaurants. Hardly anyone swim in the beach

I am very very happy to stay here again. Everything is great. Nice room and very beautiful scenery. I had a request when I booked the hotel before, everything was done well without any extra charge. Their staff also very friendly. A very unforgettable experience.

The breakfast is great with lots of varieties on local & western food selection. They even serve hot teh tarik which is a big plus xD Restaurant located at 3rd floor with nice Seaview.

One of the best! I had a really great time there. Everything just ticks all the boxes - from the pools to breakfast. The staff are magnificent - very gentle, friendly and helpful. I wish I could stay longer. Would come back when I can in the future. The location is set in a a bit far from Batu Ferringhi, though, so there’s no much to see or do outside the premises. But it’s about 3 km away from the shopping district.

Recommended 5 stars hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast spread so good. Love the room smell as they put the aromatherapy oil. Enjoyed the private beach so much.
