I rented the studio from an owner who is super a 5 plus, but where it goes wrong is at the level of the management of the site in question, so here are the details Beautiful location which is about it. SECURITY: left to be desired, some landlords had gasoline stolen from the parking lot and during my stay 3 more thefts from the apartments. SWIMMING POOL: the water in the swimming pool was terrible the ph etqis at 0 we would have said a frog fed up of the people who bathed we had pimples on the body it was very unpleasant to see what the maintenance of this one was almost zero WATER : Equipment worn out or broken 5 times in 6 weeks. They even at one point transferred the water from the pool to the water tank used to take your shower. So you shower with dirty green water. EXTERIOR: Has not been painted or maintained since construction, black stain on paint due to water damage. . . ADMINISTRATION the manager on site doesn't take care of anything and everything is abandoned, the trees are dying, the disgusting pool often lacks water to wash and no preventive maintenance is done. , So basically a beautifully located place, with a lot of problems, hopefully it will change direction and things will be better, but with the current management you can surely find better. Obliged to buy pillows (too dirty), a frying pan (without handle and hangs too much), the water pump for the water canister (23 kg to lean to pour it's hard), a tablecloth (outdoor table too dirty from old age). remained without gas for 4 days, and the unsanitary swimming pool for 5 days... Incompetent and soft local manager, aggressive and useless intermediary agency. Too noisy 3 iron gates and cars parked inside, busy road very noisy (motorcycles until midnight). 10 minutes walk from the beach and supermarket, painful return because of the coast!
