We enjoyed our 3D/2N stay at Siama Hotel. The rooms are pretty and aesthetic. The whole surroundings is very beautiful. Lots of birds singing the whole day. Lots of trees and beautiful plants. Customer service is superb! 4-Star hotel with 5-Star service. All the hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. Food is also good. They gave us complimentary snacks too. I would come back to this hotel next time I visit Sorsogon!

My stay was last August 2022. I only wrote a review now. I stayed here with my mom and senior dog last August 5-7 for my birthday. I have been wanting to stay at this hotel for when I met the owner during Manila Fame 2018 it think, I learned about the architecture of Siama and a friend who is part of the exhibition team of Citem encouraged me to try this property. I had the chance in 2022. The staffs even prepared a cake and sang happy birthday. I wanted to have a solemn bday celebration this time, away from the crowd and noice. Celebrating it at Siama was perfect. The hotel is not yet in full operation that time but the service was really great. From reservations to check-out, everything’s perfect. It’s nice to know too that they allow pets! My dog loved this place so much. I love the breakfast selections, the ambiance, everything. The staffs were all very nice and accommodating. Met a few amazing guests too who I continue to chat with until now. Will certainly go back. Told my family and friends about this and my brother is also interested to try it out. My family is also from Sorsogon so it won’t be difficulty to make travel arrangements soon, once our schedule permits.

The interiors are fab in this hotel paid tributes to the local ingenuity of our island's best! The pool is a visual art! The service is great! The breakfast is nice! Kuwaw fish is interesting! The dining area is small but visually appealing. Our room has a problem with door key, but manages to know the technique after staying for a few days. There is no TV in the room, anyways, we were always out! We slept good and daily cleaning were done. They communicate via texts since there is no phone in the room. The reception closes at 10pm. Manage your expectation and inquire in advance so everything will be covered. Lots of space for improvement but overall, livable, great, clean and serene! Something to look forward to in the future!

We stayed here on our 1st day in Sorsogon coming from Legazpi and the last night prior to travelling back to Legazpi to catch our flight back to Manila. During our stay, half of the hotel were closed off (including the front desk area) so we had to use the backdoor and the dining area was converted into a temporary lobby. Below is my experiences with this hotel. 1. Price of accomodation is very expensive. We paid Php6,500/night for two pax to stay in a double bed (1st night) and got to stay in a deluxe room (one king bed and a single bed) the last night. the pictures look awesome on the website but when you get to the room, it's underwhelming to say the least. Cons: 1. Room had a lot of bugs, crawling, flying around. 2. the mattress were hard so we had a hard time sleeping and pillows were too flat 3. Hot water and aircon wasn't working properly during our stay PROS 1. the pool view is inviting. Especially that big "Duyan" in the middle of the pool, unfortunately, we did not have enough time to take a dip in the pool 2. Food was great! the breakfast was hearty and delicious, I liked the fried Kawaw fish, the Landon puto, the hot chocolate, pork tocino, longganisa and especially the cocojam with pandesal. the only thing that would make us come back would probably be their food. Overall, I dont think Siama hotel would give you the best bang for your buck. You might be able to find accomodations with similar quality (expect maybe for food) at probably 1/3 of their price.

I have a very high expectation of this place given with what I saw when I visited 3 years ago. The place is architecturally beautiful, much like Bali in the Nusa Dua area. The similarities stop there. We came in, the staff had a hard time opening our door and this would happen repeatedly during our stay. There were no toiletries present save for 2 rolls of toilet tissue, one small bar soap and a container of soap inside the bathroom. There were towels but no sleepers, no robes. Total letdown. We decided to transfer to their other place in Siama surf in Gubat but was told right away that our 4000 deposit will be forfeited. We decided to stay and asked the one in-charge if we could at least swim at the Siama Surf, we were told we have to pay 2 k each if we want to do that. We decided to not push through. Whenever we would look for the one in-charge as really, her office is off limits and there weren’t that much staff around, we have to look for her near the place that has a restricted sign. Breakfast came 30 minutes late than agreed upon although the in-charge allowed us late check-in and that is something we appreciate. The hotel has a lot of potential and it pains me to see that its service is not at par. The aim of hospitality service is to make it’s client comfortable and welcome. I do not even know if the Siama should be considered a hotel because of its lack of service present in a hotel. Should probably be bed and breakfast category.
