I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff are friendly. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore local attractions. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Soller.

Excellent in every way. We live in Palma de Mallorca, so this was a quick weekend getaway for us. From the friendly welcome, to the beautiful room, everything was lovely. The design of the hotel, rooms, common areas, pool , etc. is very well done. The rooms are not huge but have great views of the mountains (208) and the pool area. Lots of quality design touches. Very comfortable bed. Welcome drink was a nice touch. Parking was most welcome in busy Soller, and not incredibly tight like many in Mallorca. Breakfast was also excellent with a big choice of everything, although the one coffee machine was working overtime! A real machine cappucino would have been the chery on the cake! Our shower cubicle did leak a bit, but nothing a bit of silicone wouldn't fix. The position is fantastic, right in the heart of Soller, and the tram even goes by the gardens. We would love to return!

An absolute gen of a hotel in one of the most beautiful towns in Majorca. The proximity to the main square, staff being so gentle with guests, nice selection of breakfast at the hotel, a decent size outdoor pool, a good variety of restaurant options near the hotel, the views from the rooms all hit the spot. During our first morning, the receptionist went above and beyond to give us recommendations on things to do, nearby places to visit and most importantly the most delicious food to try both in Sollèr and in Port de Sollèr! You could go without an itenerary and still make the best of your time there.

Just got back from a 10 day stay at this hotel and it was fantastic. Spotlessly clean, great rooms and amazing location. Breakfast was great and made even better by the staff here, especially Lucia and David, who were so helpful and nice to chat to. Will definitely be back.

Incredible hotel. Whole property and rooms finished to high spec. Great location in centre of soller, convenient for busses, trams and trains. Breakfast delicious with loads of choice and good quality. Staff very attentive and willing to help with anything.

I recently stayed at Alcázar Hotel Sóller and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were impeccably clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly helpful and always available to assist with any requests or questions. The hotel's location is perfect, providing easy access to the beautiful surroundings and local attractions. Additionally, the breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Such a beautiful experience! I arrived as a solo traveler on their opening night. Front desk was very attentive, and answered all my questions. The room was adorable and everything smelled brand new. Despite being their first night, there wasn’t a thing missing. Oh! And shout out to the housekeeping ladies. They were so kind and helped with all my girly request from shoe advice to iron request. The hotel is located close to the Soller tram which helps to never get lost. It is also a five minute walk from the cathedral and plaza area. You can also take a bus to nearby cities like Deía and Valldemosa for only five euros, It’s a 10 minute walk from the hotel. I didn’t utilize the pool but it’s gorgeous. 10/10 recommend

Excellent séjour à Alcazar hôtel. Idéalement situé dans le centre de Soller à 2 pas du tramway, des bars et restaurants. Mention spéciale pour le personnel de l’hôtel qui est très accueillant et bienveillant. Notre bébé de 9 mois a été pouponné par le personnel c’était adorable. L’hôtel est très beau, très calme. La chambre un peu petite avec un bébé mais sinon très bien agencée. Le petit déjeuner était incroyable ! Il y a du choix, et les produits sont frais. Je recommande & encore merci à vous ! 🌸

Génial ! Nous avons séjourné pour notre voyage de noces. L’équipe est au petit soin, l’hôtel est très bien décoré, la chambre était confortable et le petit déjeuner bien garni et très bon ! La piscine est très agréable, nous avons passé un super séjour ! Nous reviendrons !
