Le falta muchísimo mantenimiento, tuvimos todo tipo de problemas, de wifi, de falta de agua, de drenaje, problemas con las cerraduras y considero les falla la atención, tienen a unas personas de limpieza/mtto que quieren que les resuelvan cualquier problema para los que obviamente no estan capacitados, pero la alberca esta bonita y Puerto Aventuras es muy lindo y se agradece la opción con camas king.
