Stay was really good. Accessible location and nice restaurant downstairs. Good customer service .

It's a very delicious place to stay. spacious place There is a garden to sit and relax in the back. convenient to ride But should inform the accommodation in advance because they may start working after noon.

The room is very good, the facilities are complete, and the environment is beautiful. It is a good place for home travel and an excellent wonderland to experience exotic customs. I will continue to stay in this hotel next time I come. I am really happy about this trip.

The hotel is OK; it's close to the airport and it's very noisy. But the Italian restaurant downstairs in the hotel is really great. It's so delicious that it flies. Be sure to visit this Italian restaurant for a taste.

Arrived after a full day at work then an hours drive, having to book in through a busy restaurant which i had no tell of to find no hot water for a shower and a thin blanket on bed luckily i had a sleeping bag with me otherwise would of been freezing all night

Sparse room, needs tlc, new windows with good triple glazing. Could hear gurgling waste pipes from other rooms, generally drab place, hence price I suppose, en suite was just a corner cupboard with shower & toilet,

The room was comfortable and clean. The reason I give four stars is the noise I experienced from the pub downstairs . I could not see where to regulate the heating too. Overall a good place and will be booking regularly.

Exactly what was needed for a whistle stop between two long days of driving. Can't thank the staff enough for helping to accommodate my late arrival (a phone call from myself the morning of arrival was followed by an evening one by the hotel to make sure the situation was still the same) after check-out time had finished. The room (a single) was small but had toilet and shower facilities, the bed itself, sink and washing facilities, a kettle with tea and coffee and a medium-sized fridge! Location is ideal for Heathrow too and the hotel is adjoined by an Italian restaurant

The property was very clean. But there was poor/no wifi connection and the receptionist on duty was asking why i couldn’t wait to complain, considering that she was busy serving the guests eating in the cafe. Also, check in was scheduled for 3pm but the staff were actually on break at that time.

Lodge is an old place that offers inexpensive rooms, a rarity in today’s world. Staff is friendly, helpful and eager to please. Good food in the restaurant!

Bathroom were shared and no toilet papers in the bathroom and no TV service no remote for tv and air pollution because of the terminal 4 early morning you can breath jet fuel in your lungs and get sick

One of the worst hotels we've stayed in with no-one onsite to conplain to! There was no one to let us in on arrival. (A snall notice in door to phone mobile number!) Ripped wallpaper and general bad decoration. Curtains did not pull and meet in the middle. Extremely low bed. Small shower cubicle with manual mixer, head that would not stay in place and it had plasterboard patched ceiling. No bedside tables. TV had no signal. Only positive was clean bedding and towels. If it wasnt for the fact that we had travelled for over 5 hours, it being late and that we'd already paid, we would have walked!

A fabulous stay in a "no frills" guest house which completely meets my needs. Clean, comfortable and run by an amazing team of friendly professional staff.

Lovely place, quiet neighborhood but oh so convenient to Heathrow.
