The hotel is packed with tourists and quite busy but the staff, especially Melvin, has been most patient and helpful to arrange for the room that I requested for. Thanks Melvin! Really appreciative of the arrangement and every staff on hand is friendly and ready to help to the extra mile! The only minor things were the bath tub takes too long to drain, was just using the shower and the TV's service was not working all the time. Do note it can be tricky to understand the room views - City, Habour, Marina Bay views, so do ask again when you check in.

Very convenient place. Nearby bus stop that can travel to VIVO. Shell like 2-3mins walk and the location is very beautiful like the view from my room. Will book again this hotel with my family the be next time.

I actually booked a King, Marina Bay View for my birthday staycation and requested for higher floor. But during check-in, I was told that the hotel had overbooked the King room and whether I would mind taking a room with two single beds joined together with a $100 dining credit as a form of compensation. We decided to accept the offer but when we went up to the room, I'm a bit disappointed with the view as we were located at level 11 and once I opened the door I could immediately see the construction site directly infront of me before the Marina Bay View. It was really an eye sore. As it was a birthday staycation for myself, I had decided to see whether can I pay for an upgrade. In the end, I managed to pay for an upgrade to the Millenia Suite (the only suite left). The staff had given me a $300 discount and let me retain the $100 dining voucher. They are very fast in responding, and I'm impressed that all their staff are given the autonomy to provide guests the discount and benefits As I had stated, it was a birthday staycation, and the hotel had given me some chef's desserts and a handwritten personalised birthday card - this is really a very nice gesture! It actually costs a lot more than expected, but the view and the room at level 31 do make my birthday a memorable one.

In a previous review, I had bestowed upon the hotel a rating of four stars and had made mention of the General Manager's name, Oscar Postma, as a mild critique of their performance. My stay had been quite wonderful, albeit marred by their proclivity towards complacency in providing minor special requests. However, I found myself the subject of ill-treatment at the hands of the hotel's personnel. Their behavior was nothing short of bullying, as they proceeded to pursue punitive measures against my top-tier membership in their esteemed chain of hotels, ultimately resulting in its suspension. The road to reinstatement was replete with challenges, and I was disconcerted by their unseemly conduct, which seemed to be directed towards punishing me for my candid review. It is my duty to warn other fellow reviewers that these individuals are not to be mistaken for gentlemen of standing and refinement, but rather, they utilize tactics that are more in line with the mindset of a thug, targeting those who dare to voice their concerns. Any potential guest at the Conrad Orchard Singapore should be prepared to navigate such hostility. Staying at Hotel Boss was a great experience, especially for those looking for a balance between comfort and affordability. The hotel’s location is ideal—close to public transportation, including MRT stations and bus stops, making it easy to explore Singapore. The rooms are compact but clean and well-maintained, offering all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The staff are polite and responsive, and the hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, are well-kept. For Muslim travelers, there are halal restaurants nearby, adding convenience. Overall, Hotel Boss is a practical choice for travelers seeking both comfort and accessibility at a reasonable price.

First of all, the location is excellent because it is right beside the Lavender MRT station, which made travelling convenient. In terms of cleanliness, the room was quite clean, but one big problem was that the shower drain constantly emanated a foul smell. We had to close the toilet door, otherwise the smell would spread. In terms of service, we requested for extra pillows, and the hotel were able to accommodate to our request promptly. However, during check-in, the staff wasn't cheerful or welcoming. Also, when we asked some staff about the hotel facilities, they either replied that they don't know, or replied with a rather negative body language. Finally, for facilities, the basic ones were present, along with a small gym room and a swimming pool. However, the mini fridge inside the room was not cold enough at all, causing our ice cream to melt. Also, there were no coin laundry in the hotel. Overall, the biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. Yet, despite being branded as sort of a budget hotel by many travel vloggers, the price wasn't budget at all, and the product value is definitely lower than what one would expect from its price.

Excellent service crew always ready to serve and welcome guests with warm smile. And extended their services with guest's request. So far all my requests was fulfilled and a big thumb's up to them for ensuring the stay with them was an enjoyable one. They have wide selections for room service menu and the price was reasonable. Will be one of my favorites staycation hotel for future reference. Overall my staycation was a happy and enjoyable one with Meure Singapore at Typrwhitt.

Probably one of the best run hotel for a 4 star. We as family stayed in the standard twin room and the Suite with Kitchenett and indeed it was a pleasure. Very clean and with great amenities especially in the Suite. All the staffs ranging from the reception to housekeeping to food and beverage were so nice and approachable and informative. Enjoyed the porridge buffet so much. Breakfast buffet was great. We were a bit cold due to aircond and that was promptly solved with extra blankets. Well done and thanks to All.

We stayed here as a group of 8 people during our business trip and I can fully recommend the hotel. the area was great for us, lot of bars and restaurants and good night life. Further, the bus which brought us to the company every day was just around the corner (Bus no. 15). The hotel itself is very clean, has a big shower (so good!!!) and was cleaned every day. I liked that in the bed there was two different pillows, a soft one and a firm one! since I only like soft ones it was great for me! the stuff is really nice and helpful. booking taxi middle in the night for us or giving good tips as we had some issues with the credit card (it wasn't hotel fault, it was the bank!) and the best : the stuff is always smiling!! not to forget the nice orange juice machine (two!). having a fresh orange juice after the hot working day was great! I didn't take any pictures of the hotel, but I did from the juice machine :) Breakfast was nice and there is always something for everyone. me for my part love Asian food, so I enjoyed kaya buns and the fresh fruits. Also the coffee is nice and I loved the masala tea! Around the corner of the hotel you can eat famous Katong laksa! the best in the city in my honest opinion! Also five chicken star is nice place to eat since they are serving very good hainanese chicken rice. If you go down the street from five chicken star, you will find Mel´s Place, a nice beer garden with local people. You can watch football here, play billard or enjoy live music on some events. When traveling, I like to connect with local people and get more nice tips where to go, so my tips here are far away from the touristic areas and events.
