Overall an amazing experience, the room was spacious and clean. Overall design very European. Had our anniversary celebration & we were provided with champagne & strawberries. Room features a powder room, walk in shower and 2 balconies. Overall really enjoyed it. However; we were notified that Conrad Orchard currently is overseeing some internal renovations and rooms with bathtubs are currently unavailable till further notice.

Comfortable and excellent service, great breakfast and dinner in 2nd floor restaurants, Trips.com price was very good 👍

Dissapointed. Prior to check-in, i've emailed the hotel for a request as i wanted to celebrate my husband advance birthday. Hotel asked for my booking details and emailed me, assuring that all is in place. However, from check-in till i check-out, nothing was done. Hotel is new so all is clean and new.

The hotel is newly renovated. It gives us a homely feeling. Food provided is delicious.

A very good hotel, with a low-key appearance, but luxurious and simple interior decoration, considerate service, and many high-end restaurants to choose from. I will continue to stay at Conrad hotels in the future.

Booked a room for my family to attend their high school graduation ceremony. It's very conveniently located in Orchard Road, a great location for shopping, and very convenient for taking taxis or the subway. As land is very expensive in Singapore, the hotel is quite spacious!

Service: The check-in staff didn't mention the breakfast restaurant. The waiter had to confirm multiple times that dinner was included. The location was quiet and not far from Orchard Road. The buffet was very rich and recommended to try.

Except for the bad breakfast, everything else is good! Singapore is really fun ~ I will go again!

The hotel's architectural design is very beautiful, and the elevator is also very design-conscious. There is a beautiful view as soon as you open your eyes in the room. If it is a balcony room, it will probably be even more beautiful. The greenery around the hotel is very good.

As someone who has lived in Singapore for ten years, I am very confused that the hotel front desk cannot accept Singapore bank cards. The worst thing about the hotel is that it is too far from the subway station, making it difficult for ordinary people to find it. It is also very difficult to get a taxi as it is close to Orchard Road. The swimming pool on the second floor is also a mini version. There is a bar on the first floor and a buffet on the second floor (personally not recommended). There is a small refrigerator in the room (note that the drinks in the refrigerator need to be paid for). The hotel room is newly renovated and very comfortable, but the free internet is not easy to use and needs to be paid for. The location is remote, but the environment is still very quiet.

Newly renovated hotel, new facilities, good room size, very quiet. Friendly staff, helped to open and close the door and take the luggage, check-in and check-out were also done quickly! A little far from the subway station, suitable for taxi travel
