It is indeed an excellent hotel.. Front desk staffs are awesome n services are professional in handling things. Housekeeping are hard working.. bedsheets are changed always everything are cleaned.air con is working good.toilet are clean also. Hotel should deserve another stars.. Always excellent hotel excellent stay

This is an old hotel and they really need to refurbished the rooms.. lot of baby cockcroaches inside the room and toilet.. my histamine burst out and i had allergy on my entire face and body. Luckily i always bring my own allergies medicine for standby in case of emergency. Hope hotel take note the comments and improve it..

The room was tiny and I saw a little cockroach as soon as I stepped into the room. They did not do proper cleaning before my check-in. The AC wasn't working properly, so the room wasn't cool enough. Given the fact that Singapore is a really small country, there isn't much to say about the location of the hotel.

Location is nice, only few steps to the bus stop. There is also 7-11 nearby. Please keep in mind that the room is not sound proof at all. You can hear all the noise everywhere. Not recommend if you are sensitive to noise. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

I have stayed there as longstay. The room was quite. Friendly staff. I recommend it.

My second time here and was given the exact same room as the first time! I requested for an extension of an hour for checking out but was rejected by the male counter staff. I was disappointed.

The hotel rooms are comfortable, and the location is convenient. However, the night staff, particularly an older gentleman in the lobby, was extremely rude and used inappropriate language when we asked for a water bottle. In contrast, the day staff was kind and helpful. Overall, while the accommodations were good, the negative experience with the night staff was disappointing. Our aim was to find halal food, and we were pleased to discover that there were many halal options just a 2-minute walk away, which was excellent!

Will not recommend

Repeated stay single rooms. This is the only time with a 32" workable TV. Beauty and big bathroom in all room are the same.

Clean, friendly staff and alot of nearby convenience shops. Cafes, restaurants, pubs and other food shops are nearby too.

This is a better hotel and reasonable price. Good location and easy access to many tourists places.

It’s okay for a short stay especially in Singapore. The room was cleaned up every afternoon. 👍 But the space was a little small and the door couldn’t be absolutely locked which made me afraid. And the neighborhood made noise all night.🥲
