No doubts one of the best stays ever! Starting from the seamless communication before, through the checking in process, during the stay, and check out - everything was perfect. O really enjoyed the privacy of the villa, swimming pool and modern architecture. The hotel also organised a tour guide - Tom. Really passionate and knowledgeable man.
I strongly recommend Waka Villa.

This has been a breathtaking stay at Waka Villas (7 star quality indeed). The private Villa with Pool and an interior of traditional mixed with modern minimalism and warmth, was ever so welcoming after long days on tours.
Well situated only a few minutes by tuk tuk from the center of Siem Reap city where markets and intriguing streets allow for a wonderful experience among locals.
We want to thank the entire Staff especially Manager Mr. Okabe and our kindest Siem and Kim for being always one step ahead of our needs.
And our tour guide „Mr. T“ (Tola) who has a one of a kind way of explaining the history of Cambodia with so much fun we ended up retelling his stories to our families! Encouraging us to think about what we see and understand the bountiful kindness of the Cambodian people.
Thank you for introducing us to Cambodia with so much love.
Looking forward to booking here again!

The manager was Japanese and provided detailed support, so even though it was my first time in Siem Reap, I was able to sightsee with peace of mind.
The hotel also provided great hospitality, and my stay was more than worth the price!
I was also very satisfied with the food and spa.

It was better than I thought, just like the picture, and there were no mosquitoes. There is an electric mosquito repellent so it dies as soon as it comes in. It's clean. However, the distance is a bit remote. I'm taking a good rest

I chose Siem Reap for my first trip abroad after the epidemic. Thanks to Waka villa for bringing us good memories. Everything from airport pick-up to Angkor tour guide was arranged in an orderly manner. Next time I come to Siem Reap, I will choose this place again.

We were greeted at the airport with cool towels and a basket of cold drinks in the van for the hour long ride to the villa. All the staff were exceptional and always remembered our names. The private villa was huge, clean and well stocked with all we needed for our stay. It was such a treat to be able to have all our meals in our room …and service was surprisingly fast. The Sea Bass was so good that we ordered it multiple times. Having real plants in and around the villa added to the feeling of serenity and peace. Be sure to get a massage or two but book them as soon as you can since even though the hotel was not full we were not able to get a massage every day. But the 2 we did get were fantastic! As empty nesters looking for peace and tranquillity we appreciated the fact that it is an adults only resort.
