The design of the hotel is quite interesting. , The room is quite comfortable ., It's just that the temperature of the room if set 27°C without being modified will be too hot for Surabaya city.. The TV Channel facilities are quite complete. , Has an International Channel ., Food at Restaurant Simple but Very Tasty ( Tasty ) .. Parking Area also spacious can accommodate cars in the front of the hotel and motorbikes in the rear area of the hotel .. The hotel also has a Spa for relaxation and Ballroom for meeting facilities that can accommodate up to 100 pax. , The hotel is also close to the College Students' Stadium and Shopping Centers such as Burger King & Lotte Mart.. Enough to please what News Hotel Surabaya offers. , Economic Price with Fantastic Service. , Very Recommended !!

This is the second time we're a family staying here. This time the sheets are ready to be renovated. The condition will definitely be better. We chose this hotel again because its location is perfect, very close to the airport and its waste airport shuttle service. we will definitely stay here again next time on the way to surabaya

Service is good, breakfast is delicious and have many kind of foods, the room is Excellent, i had a very good time stay there and make me wanna go back and stay there.the access is fine, everything is good and fine, the price is worthy

Always wanted to stay in here since the previous building was my teachers' place 😆 The hotel looks great, and it's comfy inside. Need more air circulation tho, I booked the most affordable one but it shouldn't be the reason for less air circulation 🤍

Over all it gets a good rating from me. One thing that maybe able to improve is the standard of cleanliness. I dunno whether it only happened in the room which I booked for, but the bathroom was pretty mossy on the floor. I am okay with that, but for others, it may be intolerable. Thanks and be better ❤️

really satisfied for staying here, got a room with the best view, the sunrise. really worth the price, it's clean. the location is a bit far from the train station and alun-alun. but not that far.

A very efficient check-in service by Ms. Bertha at the receptionist who gave us a lot of information about the hotel facilities and welcomed us with a warm welcome, her security staff was quite helpful with our belongings. This is our fourth visit to Sidoarjo and Sun Hotel is our second home, this time we tried the Deluxe room and the room was quite large, very clean, the facilities in the room were quite complete, especially his bathtub with a warm bath that could wipe out the exhaustion after our long journey. Breakfast at Tessera Coffee shop with a wide variety of local food and there are also a variation in some Continental breakfast menus, Mr. Dhimas General Manager and Mr. Maghfur FB Manager are very friendly with keeping communication with us and some guests who were on breakfast. The staff-staff were friendly and attentive. We could meet our guests at the Verona lobby lounge (next to the lobby area) and enjoyed fresh juices that were very fresh. Thank you to Mr. Dhimas and all staffs The Sun Hotel Sidoarjo, we will always come back if we visit the city of Sidoarjo.

nice hotel and nearby to attraction. I had work at West Surabaya but stay at the center was a great decision. Near to the cafes and restaurants. also you can meet the car free day on sunday morning! the bed at quest always excellent and minimum noise.

Didn't know what to expect, I booked one night. Boy, how regretful I was. Wish I stayed longer. Bed & pillow were super comfortable. And the surprise? BOLSTER...! I immediately feel at home & indeed, I slept like baby. AC was okay, but the hot water pressure was consistently great, and it made my ritual of hot shower before going to bed perfectly kept. One thing I noticed is how the attention to detail is given to ensure the cleanliness is kept around the clock. 4 times I went to the public toilet and the seat is ALWAYS dry and clean. Yes, I have an serious case of OCD & yet I can't fault the cleanliness. Although a bit dark in Reception desk, Putri the receptionist is always eager to assist. The others need to learn from her professional hospitality attitude. Lobby is small but functional. The Hall meeting room is spacious. My meeting arrangement was easily accommodated and professionally well taken care of by Freshi Moreno. A big thank you for extending your flexibility toward my changing meeting arrangement need. Breakfast selection was varied & satisfying but the group's loud chatters turned off my appetite slightly. Location is great, rate is affordable but at product this good it should've fetched a few more rupiah. Concussion: Stay here. Period. Highly recommended.
