This was our first holiday to Turkey as a family of 3. We'd originally booked another hotel but after reading reviews decided to pay alittle extra to Stay at Arnor De Luxe. We're so glad we did! Arrived late at night, greeted with a warm welcome from the start. Room was just as pictured! Fresh water and drinks in our fridge and slippers were a lovely touch! Plenty of towels and cleaned to a good standard. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all pleasant experiences with plenty of choice. Staff were actively busy and very friendly and attentive. Being able to get a cup of tea was a bonus Hotel grounds were immaculate! Air con throughout and plenty of places to sit and drink. Snack bar had tasty food and good choice. Pools were fresh water and always clean. Slides were great and children's areas all seemed safe and tastefully decorated. The hotels facilities were great! I especially loved the Spa. Treatments I had were amazing and value for money. Plenty to do outside hotel and Side Old Town was 20 mins walk or 10 min taxi ride. This is a must! It's beautiful with lots of opportunities to shop! I'd definitely recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Side!

Fabulous hotel - from clean, modern rooms, to amazing food, very friendly staff and impeccable pool and spa facilities. We loved our stay at Arnor and would highly recommend it to everyone. Mark, Ali and Emre were 3 of the many helpful staff members at this hotel who made our stay even more positive. Food and drinks could not be faulted and the spa was very well priced. Would definitely go back. One little area of improvement for the management would be to keep the lights on in the bars after midnight… we understand that the bars close at midnight and that the lights are then turned off to encourage people to go to the disco bar but our group were quite happy to stay where we were whether that was the snack bar outside or the lobby bar - finishing our drinks / playing cards etc for another hour or so after midnight and we thought it was quite unnecessary to turn off the lights completely and make us sit there in pitch dark.

It was an amazing experience staying at Arna hotel staffs at the reception we're very gentle and kind provided their best service. I would like to thanks Mr Pavan Miss Nisarga they we're very cordial and helpful and their behaviour was superb! I would also like to thanx Mr Shubham from housekeeping for providing excellent housekeeping service Thanks to all staff frm F$B of Arna hotel made my stay memorable would like to visit once again.

Very good customer service, very attentive to customer needs / wants. Entertainment team is excellent very friendly and engaging, made us feel welcome throughout our stay even times when there were no events they still approached and greeted us. The entertainment set up was very good, range and diverse of acts for all tourists / visitors who visit. I will definitely be coming back here again ! :)

Firstly ignore all bad reviews!! Amongst looking for hotels I came across this one, I looked at reviews as you do and came across a few bad ones but amongst looking at multiple hotels this seemed to be the best one so I still booked it and thank god I did ! This hotel is absolutely beautiful, staff are incredible especially umut (entertainment manager) they’ve made us feel extremely welcome hospitality has been exceptional staff are incredibly attentive and all staff members coming to your hands and knees at all hours. Drink half empty? It’s filled up before the glass is even empty. Food is absolutely incredible with a code variety of different cultural foods, multiples desserts you’ll never go hungry at this hotel ! As breakfast lunch dinner snacks are all exclusive ! Hungry during the night ? They even have food available all night which we were so suprised about. The way they make the food to look absolutely incredible 5* is an understatement. There’s entertainment on every night with multiple different shows downstairs African show, stunt show, belly dancing none stop entertainment. There’s even a disco which is more like a nightclub downstairs which we attended which was incredible. All alcohol is all inclusive to you can get as many alcohol drinks as you like The spa is beautiful we also got massages which was incredible definitely recommend this hotel. Stayed here 15-22 November! Hotel lovely and clean rooms are clean and daily house keeping restocking fridge most days. Food always found something but did get a bit repetitive in main restaurant. Beach snack bar was better than snack bar at the hotel . Al la cart was lovely I had the chicken main mea,l friend had the beef for sure the chicken was a better choice.. Drinks were good although some cocktails were hit and miss the prosecco was also included in the all inclusive. Staff were friendly guest relations lady was lovely as was Ali from entertainment he's only 18 and what a lovely boy and for sure a credit to the hotel we gave Ali some things we had left over he was so appreciated What I really liked about the hotel was they had tip boxes 📦 so you can give tips and the tips are shared between all the staff! Also would ask the guest if they go down to beach if they can keep there left overs for the dogs and cats there so friendly and a shame they're not feed the leftovers as you can see there ribs . All in all we enjoyed our holiday and would go back! Myself and my friend share the same name so everyone called us The 2 Julie's Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Good, very helpful good entertainments was good for adults the swimming pool indoors was really good food they could try cooking different meals instead on the same onces everyday, drinks was very nice always could have a drink any time of the day, reception staff were a little rude and not helpful but then we got used to it

This should be a 4* hotel, not 5. The food was average, and the reception was hit and miss with its service. However, the entertainment was great and the staff in the restaurants, cleaning and entertainment team were outstanding. Furthermore the rooms are stylish and the hotel is beautiful.

Hotel was beautiful. Food was not the best, I preferred going outside to eat. Entertainment was great and the games area was brilliant. Staff was welcoming although, at first the reception seemed a bit difficult to talk too. Overall decent experience. The entertainment team were amazing and very sociable and made us feel at home.
