谢谢Eugene is a good city! It feels good to live here! There are many restaurants downstairs in the hotel! I recommend a Thai food that tastes very good! The price is also very good!
GGuest UserI booked the hotel with a third party. We called ahead to request a room with either 2 beds or a king. We were told that rooms were assigned and we did not have a choice. We were assigned an “accessible” king. Which was close to what we wanted anyway. Upon arriving at the hotel at 6pm, we were told our room was not ready. We asked if other kings or 2 bedded rooms were available and the answer was yes. However, we were not allowed to switch from our assigned “accessible” room. I suggested that perhaps the “accessible”’room should ne saved for someone that needed it. The answer was no and we were required to wait. I thought this was rediculous and unreasonable.
GGuest UserMy stay was pretty much perfect at the Candlewood. At check in the front desk agent Crystal was so delightful and very helpful, she made sure to exceed our expectations, right from the start we felt very welcomed! A big shout out to Crystal for doing such a great job and being extra helpful with all our questions!!Our room was very clean and tidy, spacious and a great view from the free upgrade we received at check in. We will definitely be staying here again, when the staff is as wonderful as this experience we didn’t want to leave! Mary C.
I stayed at this hotel for a conference. The event space was great, and the hotel event staff was helpful and professional. However, the hotel room itself and some other service was not acceptable. The room was quaint and decorated in an interesting and unique way but was dark (even with all lights on it was dim). No housekeeping services were provided throughout my 4-night stay. I have never heard of such a thing at any hotel. As such, trash accumulated and the bath towels got musty for lack of being changed out and lack of adequate hanging space. There was no phone list in the room to contact the front desk, order room service, how to call between rooms, etc. I purchased a $4 can of soda from the store in the lobby. I requested a plastic cup and ice to go with it and was told I had to go to my hotel room floor for ice. Even if I had done that it would not have addressed the plastic cup request. For the amount this hotel charges per night I would have thought the service would be better. And this is a Hilton Hotel?! I do not recommend staying at this establishment. There are better options for the amount of money they charge per night.
孔孔繁江#床品# Comfortable, silky. #交通旅行#Free parking #早餐#The choice is not much, so good in the fresh #室特色#University area, the color is very colorful The service staff is very warm, the room is a bit smelly, new clothes
Ssanfran58Had to stay here last minute when my son was hospitalized in Eugene. I know Eugene, have stayed at the Residence Inn, and a few others. The Even was suprisingly nice and would be where I would stay again. Starting with Jonathan at the front desk (and Rosa at checkout was wonderful as well), we needed a suite, and he found us a AAA rate, which I appreciated We had room 420, very large accessible suite-huge bathroom, nice body wash, shampoo, etc. Two separate rooms with a nice little balcony. I am 66 and slept on the couch which was extremely comfortable. Room was spotlessly clean, well-designed and comfortable, very nice linens, towels, etc. I am a huge hotel princess (most often stay at very high end hotels like Four Seasons), but I would not hesitate to stay here again. Staff were extremely professional, everything sparkling clean and all aesthetically pleasing. They pay attention to IHG status, which is also nice.
GGuest UserWe walked about 2 minutes to the student center for a tour of the University of Oregon. Then we also walked to the stadium, which is a beautiful walk over a bridge. Breakfast was ok, it’s food. Bedrooms are old, but clean. The accent chair had a stain, so we placed a towel over it and just didn’t sit there.
FFEIHotel environment is not bad, next to a shopping center, is the opening of the hotel around the door early, the hotel staff can also, compare nice, we rented a car, the hotel can park, the river view by the river is not recommended, there is a railway nearby Very noisy at night, the train whistle all the way, this hotel is not in the city center, if you live here, it is strongly recommended to rent a car, the airport taxi to the hotel should be between 30 and 40 knives, tipping 3 knives enough. Figure 1 is just flying over the hotel when flying to Eugene.
QQIJIEThe appearance is relatively old, the luggage should be taken on the 2nd floor without elevator, the room facilities are relatively complete, the bathroom is small.
GGuest UserThis is a great no-frills place, exactly as it advertised! The service is absolutely EXCELLENT for friendly, caring, prompt help. I felt safe and it was quiet and comfortable.
