Arrived at the hotel in a very cool reception as outside was very hot! We got to our rooms which were 28o and unbearable. I informed the girl on reception who could not care less. She was rude, disinterested and did not do anything to help except tell us to wait. She eventually informed another gentleman who came to our room and said everything was working perfectly and left despite it being 28o. We were in a group and everybody complained about the temperature in the rooms. The fact that they only give you a bottom sheet with a folded one at the bedroom of the bed, to use if desired, shows they know the rooms are hot. Do not waste your money in this hotel with staff that simply aren’t interested in customers.

My experience at Rozafa Hotel was far from satisfactory. For the price paid, the quality and service fell short of expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist seemed disinterested and unwelcoming. There was a lack of communication about check-in procedures, and I felt rushed through the process without any explanation of hotel facilities or amenities.

We stay at this hotel. It is close to the buses when you arrive and when you leave if travelling by bus. The rooms are very clean, nice bed, linen, view . The washroom is clean and has very good lighting with lots of hot water. It’s a short walk to the Pedestrian st. Lots of restaurant and shops around. It has a large restaurant. Breakfast has lots of variety, coffee is excellent.

Location could not be better, close to center of town. Bedroom was large and nice. Breakfast was the worse we had in three weeks in Eastern Balkans, no fresh fruit, limited hot items, just nothing interesting; seems like it was going after tour groups with a low price and saving on breakfast costs. Front desk could range from people that were very knowledgeable to people that did not have a clue. But it did get us a driver to take us to Tirana as a good price.

It just like entering a time tunnel to a retro period. The interior of the hotel is something that i haven't seen for a long time. It is a strategic hotel and close to a mosque. The room for 3 of us is quite big overlooking to the main road. The breakfast is good with a good choice.

Big hotel, well placed for the centre of town. Rooms are a good size with minibar, free Wi-Fi. Good sized bathroom with shower. Internet is a bit erratic. The lifts are quite small- only take 2 people and luggage- so if a coach arrives you could be waiting a long time Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a little disappointing. Small amount for the number of people and less choice than we had at previous hotels

Two nights stay review. Very small double room, had to figure out where we could put our two suitcases...on the small desk (see photo) and only partly opened. Nice view from our room on the central square. Bathroom just OK, rain shower in bath but without a shower curtain...flooded floor. Breakfast was good, even the early breakfast at 6 am the second night. Hotel can sometimes be overcrowded, especially the breakfast buffet where we have seen that other guests loaded half of the buffet into their personal bags. Restaurant staff should made remarks on such behavior ! Great location in the center of Shkoder.

Stayed here 2 nights and enjoyed it. It is very close to the bus station that goes to other cities and has taxis not too far. The city center and the shopping area is close and easy to access. I also was able to find many good restaurants within walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate but very busy.

A well run hotel right in the city center. Rooms in higher floors comes with pleasant views. Big windows over looking the city square, the big fountain, a stylish government building and some straight avenues with matured trees... A mid size supermarket to the opposite of the square. A bus stop for long distance bus across the road. A few small restaurants and money exchanges behind the hotel. Room price was reasonable with breakfast included. Receptionist lady and man were kind and helpful. You can take buses to The Rozafa Castle. I would definitely come back next time 👍

We had stayed in this hotel for 2 days , Upon entering yhe hotel we thought that it is much better than yhe smal hotel we stayed in Tirana but we get shocked after entering the rooms as it's very small and the refrigerator was mulfunction. Although i had informed the front disc, they yold me yhat there is no technichan right now and tomorrow they will change yhe mulfunctioned refrigerator but until i leaved the hotel "Nothing Happened" Breakfast was tearable without any varsities snd my kids don't like to eat breakfast at all inside the hotel. Location was the perfect thing in this hotel.

There are many positive things to say about the Rozafa Hotel. It is centrally located, the hotel comfortable, and the staff very friendly. However, there's a big downside. It's located directly across from a restaurant with live music. I stayed in the hotel on a Friday. The staff was kind enough to upgrade me to a suite on the seventh floor, but I still couldn't escape the noise. My room literally shook with the reverberating music, continuing nonstop until almost midnight. If you are a night owl, it might not be a problem, but if you want to sleep before midnight, I would avoid the hotel. The only hotel louder than Rozafa was one I stayed in years ago in Bangkok.

The room was spacious (we had a suite), and well appointed. The staff was pleasant and responsive. No supplied bottled water other than expensive minibar... Bathroom layout was just plain horrible. Two sinks 9 (Why??) but zero counter space to put your meds or toiletries. No separate shower, but rather an hand spray that you stand in a tub to use. The tub was extremely slippery, and you kept feeling you were going to end on your ass, since there was no friction pads at all on the bottom, No curtain, so the shower water was all over the bathroom. Whoever designed that bathroom should be fired, after being hung by his heels in the town square as an example to other incompetent fools.

I would totally recommend this hotel! People were very kind and it’s very central located. Everything was hygienic and decent. There was a breakfast buffet every morning which was delicious, when it’s sunny you can eat in the sun on the terrace!
