Loaction bhut achi hai. Hotel ki. Lekin bs room bhut chota hai. Super deluxe room book kiya tha. Washroom and room bhut chota hai. But location is good.

No lift, public transport not available, even taxi not permitted, breakfast is not buffet but cooked in own small kitchen

Location is excellent just climb a few stairs from mall road & you are in the hotel, food i didn’t order, amenities : tea not provided, soap only very tiny cake, no tooth brush & paste, no slippers, friendly only not helping, the boy refused to drop our shoulder bag till lift which was 100 metres away

I really like that the room service. The food was fantastic and very fast to arrive, staff were lovely, rooms were good, bedding very comfortable.

Some basic facilities are missing in rooms like slipper, electric water heater for drinking water, door mat for cleaning food etc. Hotel staff was good.

Worst room in shimla. Worst bathroom no service it's really worst. They show pictures that was good but actually the condition of that room was worst it's ridiculous. I recommend that please no one should try that hotel. My room was super delux but no that room was very small too much bad. Tap in bathroom are also broken room n bathroom was soo dirty.

The rooms are very small. No space at all. Not very hygienic. No valley view which they write. No porter to carry your bags.

The mall road is not accessible by cars or buses. For a hotel located on mall road, its distance from the tourism lift is an important factor. Hotel samrat regency is located at a prime location, very close to the tourism lift (around two minutes walking distance from the tourism lift, on the mall road, shimla. One can easily reach this hotel on mall road from railway station, bus stand, taxi stand, etc by using the two tourism lifts in succession, to go from cart road at a lower level (where vehicles are allowed) to mall road at a higher level (where vehicles are not allowed. Cleanliness, maintenance, etc are also good.
