It was here that I suddenly needed to stay in this area for consecutive holidays, and it was vacant. I could only book a smoking room for one of the two nights, but the smell of the room was quite strong for non-smokers. It may be that only heavy smokers usually stay. If you do not smoke, it is safer to exclude smoking rooms from consideration. The site is along the national highway, and it takes a little over 30 minutes to get to the Tsukiyono Interchange on the lower road. Families with snowboards were also staying. Of course, there is no such thing as a drying room. There are Lawson and 7-Eleven within walking distance, so you don't have to worry about shopping. I couldn't find any kind of restaurants nearby. It seems that you can eat something simple at night at the breakfast restaurant in the hotel. The large public bath is a rather small size with four washing areas. It is not a fine public bath like the latest route inn. Free breakfast is usual route in quality. The breakfast bread and juice they use are the same ones you see anywhere in the country. There is no particular problem with the hotel's customer service. The parking lot has a lot of sections, but it felt cramped compared to the latest route-in. It is a hotel that can be used in various ways, not just for business purposes.

I can see that it is a historical hotel. Because it is a Saturday relationship, the unit price I booked is a bit high, but compared to the hotel in Tokyo, I am relieved. This hot spring hotel is all-Japanese, breakfast and dinner are all, if you want to drink coffee, there is a vending machine, The room and the hot spring feel that there is a new finishing, only the hall has traces of history.

Visited in July. This is the first Ikaho Onsen. [Access] Was it about 10 minutes from Ishidan-gai? If you come by bus, I think it's close to getting off under the view. There is a convenience store on the way from Ishidan-gai. [Common section] First of all, I was surprised at the beautiful appearance and size of the exterior. It is a very nice building. I was even more surprised when I entered the lobby. Luxurious and beautiful. And we were greeted by a full range of facilities such as kids rooms and free drinks. There are slopes and lifting facilities in the hotel, so I think it is excellent in consideration. There is a footbath available at any time. [Room] It was a Japanese-style room with 10 tatami mats. There is too much room for two people to use. It is as beautiful as the common area. When I arrived, the air conditioner was on and it was already cool. There is no bathtub in the room and only a shower room, but it feels fashionable. A humid air purifier is installed, but the tank for water was shiny. Such detailed consideration is good! I really thought. It is unclear if there were guests in the upper, lower, left and right rooms, but I could not hear the sound of other rooms. Also, since the entrance to the room is a sliding door, it is good not to hit when leaving the corridor. There is nothing special about the view. [Bath] There is a rock bath and a large communal bath with a men's and women's time shift system. Both can be used as golden hot water and asrogane hot water. It's a little disappointing that there is no locker with a key in the dressing room, but there is a valuables locker outside. The large communal bath has a tormarine bath and a sleeping bath, but all are a little hot. The golden hot water was a little lukewarm. I'm glad that there is hot water in the golden hot water. The sauna is like a low temperature sauna, and the thermometer pointed to around 85 degrees, but for some reason it sweated well and was able to warm up efficiently. The cold bath is normal. The rock bath is in the basement and is narrower than the large communal bath, but there are lanterns and streams and the atmosphere is very good. The hot springs are a little lukewarm overall. Personally, I liked the temperature this way. There was a small sauna with a capacity of about 2 people, which was also about 80 degrees, but I felt it was hotter because it was small. The cold bath felt colder than the one in the large communal bath, but the water level was a little low. About the dressing room, I wanted to increase the amenities (skin lotion, etc.) without 1 in the mirror. Also, my wife said that there was no make-up remover, so I bought it at the shop. There may be room for improvement around the dressing room. [Cooking] There seems to be several restaurants, but I use the buffet on the first floor. It's not a time-specified form, but a form of coming to the close and finishing the meal. What should be noted is that the steak and tempura cooked by the chef in front of me were very delicious. The steak was very soft and I realized it the moment I grabbed it with chopsticks. The tempura was small, but it was freshly fried and crispy. Also, there was a crab offering, but it was not a dry one peculiar to the Viking, but it was well packed and delicious. In addition, the miso stewed maba tofu, beef suji and vegetables was quite delicious. For children? There was a sweets manufacturing machine and a shaved ice machine, and I thought I would be happy if I had a child. [Staff response, etc.] I think it was good. I was informed that it was possible to settle in advance from 8 o'clock, but I would be even more happy if you could do it about an hour earlier. [About the price] I was able to stay cheaply because I stayed using the welfare business at work. [General comment] Satisfaction is high in a beautiful inn. If I had the opportunity to revisit Ikaho Onsen, I would like to use it again. However, since this time it is not used at the normal price, the evaluation may have changed a little if it was higher. Also, although it is not a story peculiar to this inn, I thought that it was necessary to keep in mind that Kusatsu Onsen and Ikaho Onsen have completely different spring quality. (the reason why I came to Ikaho Onsen is that there are not many inns that can do welfare business at Kusatsu Onsen, and it is the same Gunma Prefecture, and Kusatsu and Ikaho are the same? Because I thought...)

I stayed here on my first visit to Ikaho Onsen. The plan is a plan with dinner and breakfast of ”Joshu Mochi Pork Kaiseki”, and the experience and impressions are described below. When I arrived, I was greeted outside the entrance, checked in and explained in the lounge, and then guided to my room. I felt very comfortable because the staff was very polite to guide/explain. Thank you very much for bringing my luggage to my room even though it was heavy. The room was very clean and comfortable. The good thing about the facilities was that there were many outlets, which was useful for charging smartphones. I just felt inconvenient because I didn't have a watch. Also, even in summer, it got cold from dawn, and I felt it was difficult to regulate the temperature. Dinner was served at the venue, and it was prepared with a handwritten menu. The staff politely explained each item and cared about the replacement of rice, and it was a perfect service. The dishes are a well-balanced selection of meat, fish, and vegetables, and we were able to enjoy local ingredients. In addition to course items, a la carte dishes can be ordered separately. I think it was good that the liquor menu was substantial (there are 4 types of plum wine alone). About breakfast of the next day, there is too much volume and is satisfied very much. Especially the steamed vegetables were very delicious. Even at breakfast, the staff was very kind and polite. About bath. I used the large public bath on the 1st floor, the open-air bath on the 8th floor, and the private open-air bath, so I will list each. Only the large public bath on the first floor has shampoo and body soap, so go to the large public bath first. The public bath has a sauna and cold water bath in addition to a large bathtub. My first impression was that the temperature was a little hot for a room, but as my body got used to it, it became very comfortable, and it was a bath that healed my body and mind. The private open-air bath can be used for about 3,000 yen on a rotating basis every 45 baths. The hot water is slightly lukewarm, and I felt that it was suitable for long bathing. Thanks to all of you, the 45 minutes flew by in a blink of an eye, and it made me want to go in more. I used the general open-air bath in the morning to enjoy the view. The view was easier to see than the private open-air bath. Unfortunately, it was drizzling and it was hazy in the distance, but I enjoyed the last hot spring of Ikaho while watching the good view and went home. Summary (★ out of 5) ・Dinner: ★★★★ ・Breakfast: ★★★★★ ・Onsen: ★★★★ ・Room: ★★★★ ・Service: ★×100. About the minus points. Dinner is from the viewpoint of volume, hot springs from the viewpoint of shampoo and body soap, and rooms from the above-mentioned viewpoint. Regarding customer service, from welcoming to seeing off, I was treated very warmly, and I was very happy, so I gave it the highest rating. I am truly grateful that I had a connection with this inn. Thank you very much for your help.

We stayed with a couple. The staff service was good and the facilities were a bit old, but the large rooms were able to spend a relaxing time looking at the mountains. It is close to the middle of the stone steps for about 3 minutes, and it is also happy to be able to walk around the hot spring town with yukata easily. The hot spring hot spring hot spring hot spring hot spring hot spring hot spring hot spring hot spring hot spring hot spring hot spring hot spring hot spring hot spring hot spring hot spring hot spring hot spring hot spring hot spring hot spring hot The dish was mainly sukiyaki of Joshu beef, but the dish that can be served with a lot of ground ingredients and finally a rice is also very satisfying. However, it was very unfortunate that the rental bath was too hot to be soaked.

In order to examine the group trip in February, we used the cheapest price twin 1 night 2 meal for our couple. Because the parking lot is another place, after you get off in front of the entrance, you will move to the inn and bring it in the morning. (so that you don't forget things in the car) Just a luxury car, you can park next to the entrance. Good location, about 5 minutes walk to the stone steps. Overall an old building, but clean. This time, I emphasized the cheapness and chose no view from the room, so the view is unquestionable. The bath was 々 (the same floor) separate from the open-air and inner baths, and 1 inner baths were not available during renovation, and another one was a men and women time change. It is still inconvenient. The open-air bath can be bathed 24 hours. The meal was necessary and sufficient for the evening morning.

The building itself certainly looks like Taisho, but it's a pity that it's not maintained. I stayed in a room called [Omatsu], but overall it was a little dirty and more than 10 shoji were torn. 90% of the employees are foreigners, and although I am doing my best, I often couldn't communicate well. This has to be crushed one by one and explained, which is troublesome. The foreign staff explained something at the time of the meal, but I didn't know what I was saying at all. I think the person who is saying also understands the content and doesn't talk. The room was cold and I had you prepare an oil fan heater, but there was little kerosene and I felt very cold at midnight. I hope you don't get stingy in a place that can't be helped. Overall, it was a subtle inn with a lack of hospitality, just because the building has a history. I think Ikaho's golden hot spring itself is a wonderful hot spring, so I recommend other inns.

A long-established hot spring inn near the stone steps of Ikaho Onsen. It has a reputation for warm hospitality. The characteristic is that there are two entrances, and you can enter from the stone steps side as well as the usual entrance. In many inns, there are many movements in the building with slippers, but since the whole building is tatami mats, you can walk barefoot in the building. The food was delicious and the amount was appropriate. The bathhouse was also large enough to relax. On the other hand, although it is a family saying because it is a good inn, there were some staff who were still developing in their behavior. I would like to expect that I will grow up as a good staff with good teaching from my predecessors. There was also a machine in the room for massage of my feet. I think the massage machine after the bath is cleaned frequently, but I was a little worried about the sanitary condition of the machine in the room. Because it is a thankful consideration, I think that it was able to use it more comfortably if there was a display such as ”cleaned”.

Established in 2008, Kaichoro is an adults-only (minimum age is 18 to stay here) onsen ryokan located in Ikaho Onsen, Gunma, and is an annex of its sister inn, Fukuichi, which has been around for over 14 generations (at least 440 years.) The ambiance is completely different between the two. Fukuichi is a typical onsen ryokan with 83 rooms and much more family-oriented, whereas Kaichoro only has 8 rooms and offers hot springs baths in every room. Kaichoro guests can avail themselves to the facilities within Fukuichi but not the other way around. Fukuichi consists of two buildings, and the first two floors of the Manyo Building is where Kaichoro resides. The driveway and parking area are shared; however, Kaichoro has its own, separate entrance and lobby area as well as dedicated staff that tend to guests' needs. We stayed in one of the two ”special” rooms - ours was the Japanese & Western-style Suite with Open-Air Bath, which offers 100m² of total space. There is also a Japanese Suite that is of the same size, but we try to avoid open-plan rooms (prefer segregated living room/bedroom), and judging by the photos it appeared to us that the Japanese Suite was more form over function. Your mileage and preferences may vary. The Suite was modern, sufficiently spacious and tastefully appointed, and had a bedroom, a Japanese tatami room, a Western-style living room and two toilets (a big bonus for us.) Outside is a large patio with a garden, an open-air hot springs bath, as well as a view of the hillside across the valley - it's in a private and serene setting. You'll never believe that you're in a nondescript building that is shared with a relatively large ryokan (Fukuichi.) That such a luxurious ryokan cheapens out on the amenities, therefore, is puzzling to us. Most of the bathroom toiletries are single-use, tear-to-open packages for things like moisturizers, toothpaste and shaving foam. Most luxury ryokans have individual, travel-sized amenities from name brands, but not here. The primary reason most travelers come all the way to Ikaho Onsen is to enjoy the Onsen, and here, Kaichoro mostly delivers - but, to get the most out of your stay, you'll need to know what options are at your disposal. For starters, Kaichoro (and Fukuichi) source two different Onsen varieties - ”Shirogane No Yu” (Silver Onsen) and ”Kogane No Yu” (Golden Onsen, which is more brown that gold in color.) The in-room Onsen in different rooms at Kaichoro source from one or the other, and it depends on the room that you stay in. Our Suite was of the Silver variety. The communal, gender-segregated Onsen baths in Fukuichi offer both types; however, the three private rental onsens (also shared with Fukuichi) - Yurari, Sarari and Fuwari differ - in fact, the first two are not Onsen at all - they are Negative Ion tap water baths sourced from nearby Mt. Haruna (Sarari is continuously flowing from the source), while Fuwari is a Golden Onsen that comes straight from the source. Armed with

While visiting Ikaho in 2019, I saw 福一 while walking the stone steps. The unmaintained, unkempt external of the building and the bags of trash littered around the building were enough to make my visceral reaction be one of… I’m glad I’m not staying there. Unfortunately, while visiting more recently, the ryokan I’d stayed at previously was fully booked. I happened upon 福一’s website and didn’t realize that it was the same ryokan that had made me internally shudder. The website makes you believe this ryokan will be updated and beautiful. Don’t be fooled like me. The ryokan was old and dirty inside. I’ve stayed at many ryokans and I don’t mind old buildings and fixtures, furniture, etc. Old can be beautifully-maintained and clean. Unfortunately, that isn’t the case here. Carpets in common areas were horribly stained. Parts of wooden fixtures were peeling off. There was mold in the sink in our bathroom. The bathroom trash can was literally a yellow bucket that has not been cleaned of stains in quite a while. There was mold covering the soap dispenser in our room. The room I booked was called the “Modern Japanese room”. Superficial things in the room had been updated (like the wallpaper) but the sink, shower, bathtub, etc were obviously from when the ryokan opened. The food was disappointing as well. It’d obviously been cooked in huge batches beforehand and was just sitting around for awhile prior to being served. The rice in the 炊き込みご飯 at the end of the meal was cold and hard. Anyone who is familiar with rice would know it’d obviously been cooked well before and had been left out for awhile. The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety but the quality of the food was poor. All in all, quite bad cost performance. While this ryokan charges the same price as other ryokans in the area, the quality of the room and the facilities and the quality of the food really don’t live up to the price point. I couldn’t wait to leave 福一.

Outstanding
LLinguanVery traditional ryokan, the interior is very strong Japanese style. The location is far from the attractions, if you take the bus, you can take the sunny and then walk to the hotel. The hot spring is a personal soup and an appointment system, but even if there is no appointment, there is a public pool to soak, both are very good. The breakfast is quite large, it may be a little more for one person, but it is delicious and it is impeccable^^ The proprietress and the boss are very friendly and kind. When I went there, I chatted a lot with the proprietress very happily, so that I kept a very good memory in Yixiang. I will visit again if I have the opportunity.

XXIBreakfast and dinner are very good 👍. For people like us who eat bird food, the amount is a bit too much, and I am embarrassed to not finish eating. The hotel is too close to the bus station. . The hotel is on a slope, so it has its own characteristics. It’s really nice to cross a small road next to the hotel and go straight to the middle of Time Street. The hotel provides special toothpaste and toothbrushes for children, as well as cute towels and bathrobes. Both the clerk and the shop owner were very kind and gave a lot of help, taught how to ride the bus, and always asked to pay attention to the bus time.お丁宁にありがとうございます. We went there just in time for the construction site next to the hotel, so we couldn't go to the outdoor bath. The boss gave ice cream and wine as compensation. Because it is an old hotel, the facilities are a bit old, and reptiles are still seen in the toilets. In the corridor, I saw a mosquito with a big palm lying on the wall. It's a mosquito. It's slender legs. It's a mountain.

CceciliayiuGreat hot spring hotel ♨️ and also very famous, it is said to have a bit of history ~ the room is very big, and the staff will carefully write the guest's name on the door after booking. There is a parking lot right in front of the hotel. There are some souvenirs on the first floor for guests to choose and buy. The price is moderate-the whole hotel is very quiet. There is an observation deck on the top floor, and there are places to eat and drink. It is above the housing floor, the housing is on the middle floor, and the hot spring is under the housing floor.

KKenji TakagiLocation is just next to Shidan Street, convenience store is in front, very good. The room was smaller than I thought, but the window was large and the view was good. It did not seem that the cleaning was well done by the dust accumulated in the teapot, and the mold grew in the shower curtain. I was surprised that the futon had mold. The slippers were also used, and the back was dirty. The chairs were rugged and dirty. There was a little water in the electric pot. I think it's like this when I think about the price. The staff was polite and there was no bad impression. Amenities are only minimal images. Next time, I'm going to give a little more money and want to stay in a good place.

NnoborukamioI booked it with a coupon of groupon because it was vacant on August 15 of the year of the reiwa era. I think I was able to stay quite cheaply because it was excluded until August 14. I went to see the word of mouth on this site, so I was prepared for color 々, but it was better in terms of color 々 than I thought. First of all, the staff was good. There was no one who was blunt. When I stayed in the car, I was taken to another place, including other cars, but I came back when I checked out. It was a feeling that there was a year in the room, including the room, but if there is something in the letter of the room, please don't hesitate to offer it. There was no other inconvenience. The bath was large and there was a sauna, and I was sitting there all the time because there was a hot water. The dishes were more delicious than I imagined. I think it is because the humidity is high because the room and the floor of the bath are a little dangerous or the wallpaper is peeled off in the mountains. I arrived a little before 3 o'clock, but when I checked in, the front desk was alone, so I think I was waiting quite a bit if I was 10 minutes late.
