There are two large shopping malls, Bantian Tianhong and Baijiahua nearby (turn right from the hotel and walk straight to the second traffic light). It is very convenient to eat, drink, play and shop. There is a food street diagonally across the road. It is very suitable for friends who like to eat late night snacks and has high cost performance.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this hotel! I was here on a work trip, and was able to text them over WeChat if I needed the room cleaned or sheets changed while I was away at business meetings. Very accommodating, and an amazing space. This place would be $300 a night in the states. If I come back I will be staying here again. The breakfast was okay, and is better than most of the food spots you could order in from.

The hotel environment is excellent, and the rooms are clean and tidy, which I really like. Sally at the front desk provided excellent and enthusiastic service. I just have time to go to the beach to relax in the past two days. I saw this hotel and famous hotel on Ctrip and I felt it was good. I didn’t expect to see it on the spot. Very nice hotel. Clean room, all rooms have nice golf course and lake view. Silent and relax. Staffs are friendly, breakfast is tasting good. 10 mins to Vanke mall. Unfortunately outdoor swimming pool is closed in Winter schedule. Also, hope to have handcraft class for kids.It would be great if there is golf + hotel package open to public on weekday.

The room we booked in advance was very nice in Kyoto, but we preferred the room on the upper floors, and we upgraded to the Tide Room on site.
1. You can see the sunrise from the room. It is so beautiful to watch the sunrise while lying on the bed after setting the alarm clock~
2. The location is very advantageous. You can go to the beach at the door. There are all kinds of food, entertainment and attractions within 3 kilometers~
3. Thank you very much for the enthusiastic recommendation of Xiaoming, the housekeeper, because I didn’t want to do too much strategy before coming. Xiaoming recommended a seafood restaurant a few hundred meters away from the homestay, and it didn’t disappoint. He also enthusiastically recommended the barbecue, which is cost-effective and fun. In the morning, there is also breakfast delivered upstairs. The service is very considerate. Everyone can listen to Xiaoming’s recommendation with confidence!

I recently celebrated my always-18th birthday here lol, and it was nothing short of incredible. While the check-in processing took a bit longer than expected, the amazing staff, especially- Blue Du, really made my day special by offering me a beautiful room with a stunning sea view in a quieter area which required by me —thank you for that!
The beach and swimming pool area were superb—private, clean, and staffed with plenty of lifeguards, which made me feel secure and at ease. I truly appreciated the attention to safety.
As for the dining experience, I was pleasantly surprised by their Chinese restaurant, the food was delicious, and the dim sum exceeded my expectations—definitely better than your average dim sum place in SZ. (highly recommended the LaiChi shrimp ball and loster noodle, super yum!!)
To top it all off, the hotel sent me a lovely fruit basket as an IHG member privilege at night, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Overall, it was a wonderful birthday celebration, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommended!!!

Many attractions like the Oh Bay ferris wheel and the Window of the World are within a 30RMB ride away, and the location was easy for vehicle pickup. Front desk staff Jessica (zhouzhou) and Money were very attentive and were able to address all of my questions and problems very quickly and accurately. Would definitely recommend others to stay here if they'd like a central location to explore Nanshan and Baoan area, or even if they don't mind a small trek to Futian/Luohu areas.

The lounge makes a great chocolate martini, though it should stay open until midnight at least so the after-show attendees from the opera house can peruse and have a nightcap. Went to Shark in OhBay, which is across the street. Lovely views, even on an overcast day. The Ferris wheel stays lit until late. Cancelled my spa facial because of weather congestion, but happy the hotel is smoke-free! I do feel out of season that rates can go down just a bit. I decided not to swim, but the hotel is beautiful to walk around. Thank you Ray for arranging to KuDi my bag to the apartment. This allowed me to trek the Bay Area and shop at the nearby mall just a kilometer away. Cheers from the local expat. Bao’an is a far trek, and I will only stay at two hotels there. JW Marriot and CitiGo if just a night out.

The hotel is connected to the mall which is very convenient, and there are many attractions in the surrounding area which is a wealthy neighborhood. The gym is great, and the amenities provided in the room are what you would expect from a five-star hotel. For $100 a night it is a good treat
The security guards at the swimming pool absolutely killed the experience. They are constantly watching and judging and yelling at you if you swim the wrong way. You cannot relax at all in the pool and I wish the hotel would fire all those *****. If you don't come to the swimming pool, you'll have a good time

For me, that’s the reason I changed to this hotel in the neighborhood (because of family nearby). But the overall look and feel is old, worn out, ready for renovation. The Wi-Fi is not always adequate. Maybe too many people using it at the same time? The rooms are reasonable soundproof. Just when people in the hallway is talking, you will hear everything.
