The greasy man at the front desk had a very bad attitude. It was the first time I saw him and he confidently said that his hotel was noisy. I could clearly hear the next door coughing twice in the middle of the night after I moved in. There was no carpet in the corridor outside and people were walking on it. The air conditioner was broken and it made a rumble when it was turned on. It was not turned on at all. The hygiene was just average.
