Very convenient location, close by to the MRT and Wanda mall, lots of things to do near by like Hakka town and painting village.
Staff service is top notch at affordable rates.
Been here multiple times and it still remains my top choice of hotel in Shen Zhen

Very good experience, comfortable room and all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, I had a lot of joy during this trip with this lovely hotel.

It is a good hotel with reasonable price, big bed and clean room.
However, it mixed w/ other biz floors which not good for safety and very confusing for taking the lift.

The service is very good, the stuff was very kind and upgraded our room. The room is very clean and big. I think if the hotel can fix the water pressure will be perfect.

The Room’s hygiene is very bad. The worse out of my travel experience, both in the room and lobby. You can see the crumbs and dusts at the side of the wall and under the TV shelves in which for sure that they never did vacuums the room. While I checkin the whole floor is soaking wet in the room because the staff claims the housekeeper just mop the floor. Moreover, all the carpets in the lobby got stains and dirts and some of the rooms had a very strong smell of smoking while the room claims to be a non smoking room. The hair dryer was somehow broken because it got turned off every 2 minutes and I will have to wait for 15 minutes to cool down. i called the customer service and ask them to bring me another spare one but the housekeeper just come in and tell me that they need to be connected to another sockets. I used an hour to dry my hair and my daughter hair.

If there is a problem with the room, we can also change the room for free, or show you the room to find a room you are satisfied with and check in. Regarding the room you reported, there is some smell. , we all undergo strict sanitation treatment. After the room attendants clean the room, we will ask the room manager to inspect it twice before releasing the 0k clean room for sale. The room is definitely a non-smoking room, but the hotel cannot control that guests in the room cannot smoke, so it will take time to dissipate the smell during processing. We are also sorry that you had a bad stay experience. Regarding the room smell you mentioned, we will Looking for a better way to deal with it, we will continue to work hard and be ready for you to come back at any time.

Staff service is good and ncie. But the facilities can do better, just like still have rubbish in the room and the TV in the room cannot watch.

Very spacious suite with lovely view. But the general tidiness of the room does not match it's other qualities. Breakfast was Chinese buffet
