Jinjiang Inn Select (Shenzhen Huanggang Port Imperial Plaza) Reviews

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night, has a massage place right next to it, market and other late night bars and restaurants are nearby, there is also a decent hotpot place nearby too. Not far from the subway station about 600m away inside residential area.

Cheap 10 mins walk from Hauangang checkpoint. Convenient. If you want to discover more about Futian Distict, you need to take shenzhen metro.

Place is convenient for food and amenities . A lot of places to eat and nearby to the train station. Staff is friendly

The hotel is old but clean. Very convenient location right by the border with HK. Staff service decent.

I was impressed by the great hospitality of the staff. They patiently cared about my undelivered package inquiries and correspondence. This was very reassuring to me as I was unfamiliar with China. The hotel is close to the Huanggang port, but might be difficult to find because of the large scale construction work going on at the moment. Also, it is located in a residential area, so I was confused at first. However, The service is thorough in every corner, with not only the receptionist but also housekeepers greeting us. Of course, the room is clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

The staff of the hotel were friendly and helpful except for one person. The woman that worked between 16:00 and 00:00. She had a very passive attitude and arrogant, when asked for basic needs such as a beer opener and scale she just told me they do not have it and that she could not help me. I also had a package that would arrive. I asked for the package and she told me she did not know and that I have to look for it in a very hot and messy room with a lot of packages and suitcases. I could take anything from that room and she would not care. It gives off a very unsafe feeling. Later in the evening when another employee worked, he was very helpful and immediately found the package for me. Even after check-out when I needed to use a restroom, she told me there are no restrooms and that I have to use the public restroom outside. The rooms were quite spacious but were not very clean. The floor and the other surfaces were quite dusty. The location was pretty convenient, it is quite close to the metrostation and border checkpoint. Overall, this hotel is only a good option if you need the location close to the border.

The room was small and stinky. Not clean. I just stayed there for a couple of hours. I don't recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a beautiful environment, clean environment, good service attitude, not far from the subway station and Futian city center, and convenient to take the train. I am satisfied!
