The room is very clean and spacious.
The room comes with 1 king bed which suits 2 adults + 1 child well.
The front desk is very helpful. Thumbs up!
I faced the problem of using e-sim that I bought in Malaysia, then the front desk guy straight away came to my door to assist me with this issue. He even asked me to add them in WeChat, so that if anything needed help outside of the hotel, they could assist accordingly.
Another lady (I forgot to ask her name) also gave super good service. She patiently taught us how to use Di Di apps.
It would be great if the hotel could provide a different breakfast menu. So that we won't feel bored for eating same dishes daily.

The hotel is very convenient for Shenzhen North Railway station. It’s about 15 mins smooth walking.
The hotel is clean and comfortable. Value for money. Staff are very helpful.
I like the lobby library where you can sit and relax and enjoy complimentary tea.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel. They have me a quiet room and that night on my floor the AC heating didnt work and I felt a little cold. They offered to move me to another room or provide another quilt. This is quite thoughtful. The service was also speedy, I didn’t wait very long at all.
I do think this place is in a good location 河马 supermarket is nearby, so is the night market and two metro stations. Really easy to get around. For the price I paid that night, it was definitely worth it.

The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel are very good. , it is just 2 km from speed train Shenzhen North station. It also very close to the mega shopping mall Hongshan 6979.
