The hotel looks decent, but some of the facilities are getting old, such as both of the bathroom doors are unable to close properly. And the drums in the kids area are not working well. The breakfast is quite good, the steam rice rolls were delicious. The location is very close to the snowing place and shopping mall.

From the moment I stepped into this hotel, I knew that I had made the right choice. The front desk lady was super good and upgraded our family to an ocean room. The room was super beautiful and the children liked it very much. There is also a self-service laundry and drying area on the floor. You can also take children to exercise early. The experience is superb! The environment is quiet, the design is full, the service is very thoughtful, the check-in and check-out process is very simple and fast, thank you very much for the service, warm hospitality, and make our journey more perfect.

The hotel has a first-class location, above Guanlan Metro (Line 4) station, making travel very convenient. There are Watsons, fruit shop, and KFC next to the hotel. He can only go directly to the lobby front desk to find customer service or use a private phone. Called the front desk (the incident happened twice in the 3 days and 2 nights we stayed). This is not ideal for guests without a domestic phone number. Finally, I would like to commend the supervisor Allen for helping to solve the problem late at night that could not be completely solved all morning. In the morning, the toilet in the bathroom suddenly ran out of water, so we had to call customer service. After waiting for half an hour, someone came to rescue us, so we had to go out to find a toilet and let customer service handle the problem while we were out. When we returned to the hotel in the evening, we thought that the toilet had been taken care of. Who knew that we had only used the trumpet twice and there was no water. We used ”Tmall Genie” to call the front desk, but no one answered. We had to explain our problems to the front desk, and the front desk said they would send someone to deal with it. Finally, the supervisor Allen showed up heroically and spent about 15-20 minutes. He carefully helped us find the root cause of the problem (there was a problem with the water outlet pipe) and tried his best to temporarily solve the problem. Allowing us to use the toilet with confidence for the time being (too stressful). Thank him from the bottom of my heart. Although he was on duty at night, on the afternoon of the second day, I saw him standing at the front desk in high spirits with a smile to welcome guests. The place is very clean and the front desk is friendly. The environment is quiet, it only takes more than ten minutes to take a taxi to Guanlan. There is a washing machine, heating and cooling, and a dryer is available at the front desk. Slippers and toiletries are complete. Very suitable for a family size.

Bamboo House also provides hot apple orange tea, which is also very delicious. Ordering takeout is also very convenient. The facilities are complete. There is a food delivery robot in the store that will deliver it directly to your room. Its little robot is really cute! The hotel also offers free parking, which is convenient. The hotel is occupied by Chinese guests. The food caters for the Chinese people who come to stay there. Lots of choice and plenty of food to be had. The staff at reception and through the hotel was very very helpful at all times, very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed mystery there and will return.

The location is very easy to access from the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Line station (Pinghu Station), but although breakfast is provided, there is no restaurant and it is delivered. I stayed for 5 nights and had the same fried bread and soy milk every day. I wish they would change the menu if you are staying multiple nights. The bathroom has no partition between the toilet and the shower, so after taking a shower it gets flooded and you have to walk back into the room, so the floor gets wet. After that, when you use the toilet, the floor gets really wet. Please put a vinyl curtain between the shower and the toilet to separate them.

To put it simply, if you are a business trip or a tourist, it is very convenient to come here. The apartment-style hotel has all the facilities you need, including a washing machine, which is really convenient! The only slight drawback is that check-in is on the eighth floor. I don’t know where it is when I first go in. I need to call to find out!
