The staff were kind, I enjoyed the food and the facility was very clean.

The room is large, comfortable, and a good experience. The surrounding oxygen is also sufficient. There is a supermarket nearby, which is also very convenient. I will continue to stay next time. It’s also very convenient to take the train to Manhattan, haha, perfect

The three bath towels in the room are a bit smelly, and I asked to change a few. The overall facilities of the hotel are relatively old, and the corridors also have a smell. so so.

The hotel is simple, but the indoor temperature is very suitable!

In my room 519 there was insects I had to get up in the middle of the night to shake the sheets I was scared so aby id the insects don't go of my kids ears

The parking lot was very icy, the lobby was clean and inviting, but the remainder of the building needs updating. My room was not aged well particularly the bathroom. The plug for the jetted tub did not fit the drain size so the water drained right out. There were cracks in the shower stall that I cut my foot on. Needs updating and TLC. Not what I expected for a Hilton property and certainly not for a King Suite.

Our stay was pleasant. We stayed to enjoy the pool for a couple of hours. The pool was too small and smell of chlorine or chemicals can be smelled as you walk in and stay on your skin until after showering. The breakfast was not good as the food was not well prepared nor presented.

The shower didn’t drain and the toilet didn’t flush Also, the pool area is dangerous. Very slippery and not monitored by any staff. We witnessed a woman fall as she walked in. Most importantly, the building is unsafe and not secure. The door from the parking garage into the hotel was unlocked and anyone could walk right in. The pool area wasn’t locked either and it appeared that more than just paying guests were using the pool and hot tub.

Older hotel that is somewhat outdated. Staff was very pleasant. Great area for restaurants and shopping.

Shower door was broken. Wouldn’t shut all the way. Needs to be fixed as the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor.

The property was nice the only thing I did't like was it was very hard to leave the protery for an outing because of the on coming traffic both ways.

The ice room smells like urine and I just found someone else’s nail clipping in my bed. There is a laundry list of problems that I don’t need to get into, mostly involving cleanliness and disrepair.

Love the lobby with big comfy chairs , fireplace. Dining table by fireplace for family /take out. Outdoor patio is really nice when it’s warm outside.
