The experience of spending several days relaxing in the hotel was very enjoyable. Everything in the hotel was perfect, Starting from the nice rooms till the way the staff treat the guests. Special thanks to the animation team, especially Ainura, she was a very nice, friendly and helpful person. She helped us to enjoy our time there. Also special thanks to Chef Imad for listening to all the comments about the food and for his keenness to provide the best possible quality and service. I hope to visit the place again

Beautiful hotel. We rested 10 days family in this beautiful place. We used to be in Egypt and lived in different hotels, so we have something to compare with. I want to note in this hotel very polite and courteous staff. The kids club in the hotel is wonderful!!! Our daughter Tina is delighted with the teachers Hovide and Mohan are incredible people with a big heart. Very good child care. Many activities, swimming pool, quiet room, video games, drawing classes with children, modeling, all this you will find in the kids club Oasis. The restaurant is a separate topic, I would like more variety of food. But all the drawbacks cover staff! Mohamed, who worked on the right balcony hi is amazing, very hard-working and helpful employee, polite! Thank you very much also Mosalam, who is always ready to come to the rescue. In general, I am delighted with the people who work here. Girls animators Lilly, Ira and Lena here at all I have no words, beautiful girls that create the mood of the day! Thank you!

We have recently returned from our 12th visit, secure in the knowledge that we are guaranteed the warmest of welcomes from the friendliest staff, where nothing is too much trouble. Many of the long serving staff feel like family, and it is always a delight to catch up with them. We befriended a few first-time visitors during our stay who agreed that the Palace has a special ambience and they would not hesitate to return. The animation team, which seem to change team members with each visit were an enthusiastic bunch of six, who kept us entertained throughout the day and evening without being intrusive, and we were happy to join in a lot of activities in between relaxing. The new bar area and the updated Ali Baba restaurant is very impressive, and very popular. The booking system via the QR code works very well. As in a previous review, there are some suggestions I could offer, an example would be to vary the evening entertainment, perhaps a quiz on the terrace earlier around 20.00 rather than leave it until 22.30 in the Borsalino - as it would appear that the events in the pub are poorly attended. Also possibly reinstate the reservation of sunbeds at the pool and the beach should they not be occupied for over 2-3 hours, this would give people sufficient time to go and eat breakfast/lunch, or take the boat to the reef for a snorkel. Finally, please try your best to get the air conditioning fixed in the bar before the real hot weather kicks in (I guess you are waiting on a component), most guests enjoy sitting outside, but when no space is available the only other option is to sit in reception, particularly if you wish to chat and not have to shout over the regular singers. This is not a problem of course as it would seem that the bar service extends to this area, but we did feel sorry for the bar staff working so hard in the overheated bar. Keep doing what you are doing Iberotel Palace and you are guaranteed many return guests.

The location of the hotel is great, very close to the Red Sea and the farsha cafe with stunning views! The staff were very welcoming and even gave us guava juice to drink when we checked in! There are a lot of activities at night, and things get quiet after about 11 o'clock. If you want to go to bed early, you may need to prepare earplugs.

The staff at this hotel make your stay extremely wonderful! I would have not enjoyed my stay if it wasn’t for this amazing group of hard workers! From Mina and Jan at front desk, to Eshak from the cleaning crew, he always used to leave me towel art and made sure every day I wasn’t missing anything. Kero at the bar pool by the beach is amazing, such a hard worker yet he always has a smile on his face, always remembered my drink and would make it as he sees me walking to the pool! Fares, Sayed and Nassef at the restaurant by the pool were incredible, always smiling and had the best service! They go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. Matta from the pool towels would always set up my towel in the exact spot he knew I liked every day! Tokka from the entertainment team was super kind and always encouraged people to join in the activities and if it wasn’t their thing he would just hang out with them for a bit and get to know the guests. The whole entertainment team was super friendly, and would never push anyone to do their activities. The rooms are nice and big, beach is wonderful as any beach in Sharm, however they’re dock to let you go in the water is actually very well done compared to other hotels in Sharm. Really like the fact that there was access to shallow water too. Food was good but very repetitive menu I found. Only negative I found was the distance of the rooms to the beach or reception depending where your room is. I was in building 18 by the beach, so to go up to the reception was tiring at times, however they do have shuttle buses every few minutes to help with that. Other thing I noticed is the higher management aren’t always very nice to the staff, the staff typically work over 12h if not more in the day and I saw instances where the GM was very mean to the staff because the owner of the hotel was coming. It felt like they were being treated like animals and not humans at times.

When you relax by the sea, you always want to have good memories, sometimes it's the sea , sometimes food and drinks, a cool hotel or unforgettable excursions, but in this case it's the best staff , these wonderful smiles, no matter how hard it is to work, they always smile and ask how you are doing and if everything is all right , It was the best vacation for me thanks to these staff and in particular these two guys, thank you, you are very cool!

I spent a very pleasant week at Oonas Dive Club from 8 to 15 October 2023. I have been there many times before. Three dives a day are available from the splendid Club boat, which glories in the name of OBI WAN. The boat's captain and crew are superb; the dive guides highly professional and unfailingly helpful. One leaves the very well managed Dive Centre by minibus at about 8am, returning around 5pm. Luncheon is available on the boat, and very good it is too! Oonas provides accommodation, food and drink of a good standard at the Club, with the staff being friendly and efficient. One's fellow divers are an eclectic bunch who make for interesting company. While most are from the United Kingdom, other nationalities add flavour to the mix. Age and experience range widely and everyone gets on commendably well. My only slightly negative comment concerns the noise of outdoor entertainment from about 9pm to midnight, provided by an entirely separate establishment about 200 metres away. But I am an ancient diver who is a light sleeper and goes to bed early. Younger folk may well enjoy such excitements and, of course, item three of the dive/eat/sleep routine on the boat can compensate for any deficit. In short, if you want shore-based day-boat diving in Egypt, you cannot get better than wonderful Oonas!

Meals: Three meals a day, many varieties, but it is still not good for the Chinese ... But eating several all-inclusive hotels in Egypt is not in line with Chinese taste, so bring some instant noodles with chili sauce ... … There are 3 or 4 restaurants in the hotel. There is basically no difference between each meal in the restaurant ... but there are a lot of people in the restaurant. They are often full, but they have meals in 24 hours, and the hotel bar and drinks Drinks from Taiwan, ice cream and everything are free. Because the weather is cold, we usually start playing after noon. The water parks of these two hotels will be played. 2 days Service: The front desk staff's service attitude is average. The entire hotel is very lively. There are a lot of people, mainly Russians. Basically the hotel staff will speak Russian first. Chinese people did n’t have any when we went, so they are Asian faces. It was so prominent that every time the brother who was in the event atmosphere group wanted to bring us to play ... even the staff at the hotel asked why we came here ... Chinese rarely know this place ... except for the staff The front desk brother is average, others are good In summary, the price of 500 is quite good for such an all-inclusive hotel. The water park is especially suitable for bringing children, and should come again in the future, oh yes, Ctrip! Is the cheapest hotel in all platforms! Cheaper than booking and agoda! And customer service is always online, like one! Oh, the hotel does not provide free hotel pick-up. Sham is generally expensive to use a taxi. You cannot use Uber. When you come from the airport, you can bargain to 250 Egyptian pounds. When you return, you can only book a car at the hotel, 18 US dollars or 300 Egyptian pounds ... ...

Stella Di Mare Beach Hotel & Spa The hotel is a 25-minute taxi ride from Sharm airport, and we pre-booked the taxi with the hotel by e-mail a week before our arrival at a cost of US $25, chargeable to our hotel check-out bill. The taxi driver was standing outside the airport building entrance with our name on a sign. For our return to the airport, we paid at the taxi office desk, which is just inside the hotel entrance next to the cash machines. We paid with an English £20 note. The cash machine nearest to the taxi desk gives out small bills which was handy for tips. We were given a room overlooking the pool, but the pool music was so loud in the room that we went back to the reception and asked for a quieter room. We were given a room overlooking Nama Bay which was peaceful most of the time. The room was of a nice size and had a free mini bar, tea, coffee, milk pods, kettle, bottles of water everyday were given every day, and a range of toiletries was in the bathroom. There was bathrobes and slippers in the room. The air con worked well and was quiet on the low-speed setting. The spacious bathroom had a bath with a shower at one end. The TV had a few English movie channels and English news channels. The safe was so small that our laptop would not fit inside. The food in the main restaurant, La Terazza, was nice and there was always something we enjoyed eating. The house wine was enjoyable, but strangely they do not have diet lemonade anywhere in the hotel. The set menu for all-inclusive guests in the Corallo Rosso restaurant was very nice, so much so we eat there many times, it was like eating out in a high-class restaurant. La Scogliera cliff top Asian restaurant was a nice place to be in the evening, it overlooks the sea. We also tried their Romantic Dinner which was enjoyable. It is located at a separate place to the main eating area, and the staff made the area look very special with red flower petals, candles burning, soft music, and dim lighting. The Beach Bar was a nice place to take lunch. There is entertainment during the evening which was nice as it gives somewhere to go in the evening and have a drink while watching something. One day we took a 15-minute walk to Nama Bay going through the very quiet shopping centre. Opposite the shopping centre entrance on the other side of the road, is a very helpful pharmacy. The hotel main pool has loud music blaring out all day, but they do stop during lunchtime. Luckily there are quiet beach areas where you can get away from the very loud 18-30 club music. Do not be caught out with the beach towel workings. When picking up a towel at the beach you hand over a towel card which was issued at the time of checking into the hotel. The towel must be handed back in at the end of the day and a towel card taken back. If when checking out, you do not hand back the issued towel cards, you are charged US $20 for each card not returned. The assistant Food and Beverage Manager, H

First of all, the hotel is very clean, the sea and the pools are incredibly beautiful. You see all kinds of fish in the sea. There are hot pools for children. They are very good at cleaning. I think the restaurants are sufficient, you can find something to eat and drink. I would like to thank Mohammed Ali, Ahmed Yahia and Ahmed Essam who work at the restaurant. They took special care of us every day. The Animation Team is an excellent, very friendly team. I also thank them.
