I had the best experience staying at novotel. My family they enjoyed very well and we will surely come back and recommend to other friends and families. Its agood hotel for families mostly the swimming pool is out door and they have a kids playing area which is very nice. Good and clean gym with good equipments and the services are super starting from the front desk upon checkin the stuffs are welcoming, smiling, and so helpful. The breakfast is super b and house keeping team are so professional. In general you guys really made my stay memorable can't wait to come back.

Since the new management taken over the property everything changed a lot the services, cleaning and staff. Will advice you to definitely plan a visit as you will not find any other property with such price in this great location.

I absolutely loved the Stay here... Most comfortable and affordable hotel and room.. The staff were such lovely people, and Escpecially Mr Hisham Zidan, he was so helpful and was always asking if i need anyhelp.. The food was absolutely delicious, and everyday was a different variety.. I would recommend this Hotel for everybody, thats how much i loved the stay.. Shout out to all the friendly and helpfull staff, i wish yous all the best..

This hotel is a true hidden gem minutes away from busy Dubai. At first you may wonder why to go to Sharjah, but the Chedi Al Bait is a destination on its own. The minute you walk in, you are being greeted by “Welcome home”, the English translation of “Al Bait”. It’s true the place felt like home as if I had arrived in my family after a long journey in the hot weather of the arabian peninsula. Here I found a calm, authentic, extremely beautiful & well kept property to rest and enjoy days of pure luxury. Because of the hot June weather I was lucky enough to be one of the few guests at the hotel. I felt like a true Sultan wandering around the maze of my property and there was not a minute I was not being pampered by the whole team. During the day, the walls of the property have a contemporary desert feeling. At night the lighting made it looked like the Palace of the Arabian Nights. I enjoyed the fact that all the doors of the property were left open for you to explore and decide to sit to contemplate or simply relax. Their library/museum was a nice surprise worth a quick tour! The suite I stayed for 3 nights was just perfect. Plenty of space, huge bath room with 5 star amenities. I loved the Acqua di Parma toiletries!! The huge bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I stayed in their “deluxe” rooms which for me felt super luxury. I can’t imagine how their higher category suites could even be better than what I had. Meals, breakfasts, drinks at their cafe were all of good quality. I highly recommend their Afternoon Tea Time which is a show on its own with all that nitrogen gas. Gym, Sauna and Steam room were all of the best quality! In short, I had at the Chedi the best time in the UAE and I could not recommend it enough to anyone who is appreciative of quality, discreet luxury and comfort! Special mention and warm thank you to the Team at the reception but also Sam at the Pool who was the kindest host ever. I was taken care like a real sheikh with always a glass of cold water, my sun bed prepared like I loved and always a few words and a smile to make my stay memorable. My experienced in UAE between Sharjah and Dubai for sure people talked about dubai and expensive and luxury hotel near to beach and central town but for me my comparison with good facilities, near to beach and luxury status i rather stay here , believe me stay in this hotel you can get anything if you want have a trip to downtown in Dubai you just take a government taxi just the fair around AED 80-90 .. believe me this hotel can fit you with anything what you want

The service was great. Right from the beginning Nasser checked us in at the reception he was super friendly with lovely smile all the time. Nasser, Hema and supervisor Mohamned were very helpful in getting me my 3 rooms on same floor. Sandeepani in dining area was one great soul who serviced me everytime I went for my meals. Amena did a great job with my room cleanup service. All staff members were super helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to all traveller's interested in visiting Ajman.

Seriously underrated hotel, great beach, interesting underwater world on the reef, good for snorkeling

We stayed for 7 nights and enjoyed our stay. Positives Staff very helpful A room was provided even though we checked in early Pool staff excellent Sun beds on beach plentiful Large room, big shower and bath Option to use 100 aed in restaurants Free bus to dubai twice daily Improvements Shower tray very mouldy Funny damp smell in room and floor 1 Air con hit and miss Lack of sunbeds around the pool after 8am Absolutely nothing to do in the evening. Singer on weekends only. Cant really go for a nice walk outside Cleaning of room to be improved Put some cold drinks in the fridge in the room. Not just water. If you want hot weather, good value for what you pay (far less than dubai) and are happy to accept some compromises eg no drinks after 11 and no entertainment in the week Then its all good. Would I return?? Probably not.
