The room is dirty with black stains in the bathroom. The floor is also dirty, old and neglected. There were no cleaning staff in the afternoon so when my toilet clogged they told me to fix it myself. Whats worse is their staff, so rude and impatient. I've traveled in 绍兴 for a long time and this is the worst hotel I have gone to. Unbelievable.

It should be an old hotel renovated, but the hygiene is so bad, the toilets are so dirty! I'm really sorry for the price for such an environment! Breakfast is too simple!
