Last night’s stay:
1. Hotel facilities: It can be said that it is very old and aging. The power will be automatically cut off twice within 30 minutes of check-in;
2. We were asked to change rooms due to an unexplained power outage. We were only given one room card when exchanging two rooms, and the other room was cleaned up in the dark. It was really annoying!

How does such a service work in the service industry?
4. We didn’t find the bath towels and thought they weren’t there, so we asked them to be brought up, but we ended up with 3 towels for the bathroom door floor mats 😂 It will really make you laugh or cry!
5. The sound insulation of the room is very, very poor.
