The location is good, however it can be a bit noisy due to the opposite cafe shop. Overall it is clean. The plug position is just right situated on where we put our pillow to sleep. You will need to use this plug in order to enable the bed warmer. So the location is weird as your head tend to knock on the plug. And if you use it to charge your phone, it will be a bit not safe. Toilet floor can be very slippery so please be careful.

Nice service and pleasant attitude. The host was highly responsive via WeChat. Make sure you use Baidu Maps for direction. It's a stone's throw from the North Gate.

Clean bedsheet , bed warmer and small heater are available. Basics need are available. Good location.

Great location in the ancient city. 1-2 mins walk from 古廊坡停车场 （nearest place a car can get to for pickup/dropoff). Spacious and airy rooms. Good breakfast directly in front of the Homestay. Second costume rental to the left of the breakfast place (I think it's a homestay itself, the costume shop area is quite small) is good. Service/makeup/costumes etc.

Good location, relatively clean and nice amenities. Heater was available, but Shangri-La was still really cold - be sure to layer up appropriately! Altitude is high too at about 3300m so do take precautions for that as well.

There is no air conditioning in the room as the area in Shangri-La generally is colder. There is heater and the blanket also have heating capability. The flow rate in the bathroom was great, constant warmed water. There is many shows available on the tv set.

Hotel was good but it was a bit hard for me to find but it was not that hard

The hotel is located in the old town. Very comfortable. The toilet is so modern. Hot water works great. The heater is also working well too.

First of all, the hotel accepts foreigners (as of April 2024). It is centrally located in the old town, and public transportation (limited though it may be) is easily accessible. Of course, there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was very good, clean and in good condition, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was kind and helpful, and you may store your bag before check in and after check out. Perhaps one thing to note, is that you shouldn't count on your room having any particular view - my room had a view of the courtyard. Overall, a very good option for those who wish to stay in the "old" town.

Location is great, close to everything. Rooftop can see Dafor Temple. Nice and very clean room.

A little off (2min walk) the main happening streets which is good coz it’s quiet and calm. Room is clean and disposable toiletries provided.

Overall very nice, amenities using one time use bath towel, face towel etc, very convenient but too small

Room is new and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Location is superb and quiet. Would prefer non disposable towel and cups. Could use more hooks in the bathroom.
