My friends in China recommended this hotel and told me that she loves it because it’s relatively inexpensive compared to similar hotels in the area. She also stressed that it is a native Chinese brand hotel that it is easier for her to order food and just anything she needs. I was pleasantly surprised by its decor, service, cleanliness and modern amenities. Our room had a nice big tub, huge shower and toilet with bidet. It’s been a while since I visited Japan and I forgot how nice to have a bidet. The breakfast was a nice addition to our stay since it is included. It served both Chinese and American breakfast with some nice local dishes. The decor is modern Chinese Jiangnan style featuring paintings, Calligraphy, and 3-D animation of gold fishes. I enjoyed working out at the gym as well. Super clean and all equipment are easy to use. There is a Pilate room as well. I didn’t have time to enjoy it. The staff are friendly and helpful. Not to mention that I asked for a power cord, it was delivered by a robot. Five star experience! .

The round-faced guy has a strong sense of service and is very nice. He actively communicates and coordinates when encountering problems. He is the best service among the four hotels in Nanjing, Hangzhou, Shanghai, and Suzhou during this Spring Festival trip. The hotel is newly decorated. The family room is a little small, and it is a bit crowded for three people (big and small). But the double and king-size bed rooms are very spacious. There are two pillows and the bedding is relatively comfortable. In terms of transportation, it is very convenient to walk from Songyuan to the nearby Postal Savings Community in 6 minutes. Line 10 is still very convenient. By the way, I got a cup of coffee at the front desk every day, nice!

I was deeply impressed by the hotel I stayed in recently. The service attitude of the front desk staff Xiao Meng was as good as always, attentive and thoughtful. My room was located on the standard floor of the hotel. The room was elegant and practical. The bed was soft and comfortable. The facilities in the room were also very modern, including smart TV, smart voice assistant, and the hygiene was also very clean, and the odor removal was also great! Extended my trip a second time. Stay continued to be pleasant. A front desk staff first said I can leave luggage with them for a longer period of time if I have confirmation of a future booking, but when I asked later a different staff member said they cannot accommodate overnight luggage storage. If that's something important to you, I recommend asking them again to confirm.
