The first time I stayed in this brand hotel was in Shenzhen. The experience was good, so I chose to continue staying in this brand during this trip to Shanghai. Coincidentally, the location is very good (next to the West Coast Dream Center), and Metro Line 11 goes directly to Disney! ! Convenient travel! !
Facilities: A brand new hotel with new and complete facilities. The bathroom hardware of the suite is AXENT brand, which is easy to use and has a sense of design.
Hygiene: The overall cleanliness of the guest rooms exceeded expectations.
Environment: Quiet, comfortable, and also provides fans and humidifiers, which is very considerate. (It is worth mentioning that the public bathroom on the first floor is not only equipped with hand sanitizer, but also hand cream, which is a good review)
Service: Xing Wanwan, the front desk staff at the check-in, had a very good service attitude, which made people feel very friendly, and explained the various facilities and floors very comprehensively. Very good! !

I chose a hotel nearby for business trips, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise~ A brand under Hyatt, a newly opened hotel in February this year~ First of all, I want to praise the design of the room, which is very reasonable and comfortable, and does not waste space at all; secondly and most importantly, the bed and pillow are very comfortable to sleep on 👍🏻👍🏻; the room equipment is very high-quality and in line with my aesthetics 😆😆; finally, I want to praise the service, which is very friendly and comfortable without feeling overly enthusiastic or awkward ❤ I will lock in your hotel for business trips in the future! !

Definitely will stay in Pullman Shanghai South again. The bed is comfortable and very convenient location. Most important the hotel's customer service was first class, David was very friendly and approachable. He helped organised taxi services and gave lots of information to help make this trip a success.

The overall cost-effective serviced apartment. I have stayed in the BSS in the city before, but I still think the one in the Botanical Garden is better. Full marks for service 💯!
Service: The service of the staff is beyond expectation. Baise Road was under construction on the day of check-in, which would affect the rest of the elders. This problem was solved very well when the room was almost full. There is no phone in the room. You can add the store WeChat when you check in, and contact the staff on WeChat if you have any questions.
Hygiene: There is no problem with the hygiene in the room, and it is cleaned every day.
Environment: The overall environment is good. The boutique one-room is basically facing the south street, and the sun is good during the day. There is a slight odor in the elevator (I hope this can be improved), which may be caused by poor ventilation. Those who are sensitive to smell can take the stairs.
Facilities: The facilities in the room are basically the same as those in the hotel. You can also cook with an induction cooker (you need to bring your own kitchen supplies). The TV is a Xiaomi TV.
Transportation: There is a bus stop at the entrance of the hotel, no subway station nearby, no parking lot, and those who need to park need to go to the next door hotel to pay for parking at 10 yuan/hour. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Botanical Garden.
Business: Starbucks (good reviews!) and a 24-hour convenience store are downstairs, as well as a Lanzhou beef noodle shop, so it's not a problem to just grab a bite. It's about a 10-minute drive from the nearby business district Xuhui Binjiang, and about 15 minutes to Qiantan without traffic jams.
