Few minutes walk to the nearest mall and metro station. Room is clean and the service rendered by the staff was far more than expectation. Food ordered delivered via delivery robot simply amazing.

Very friendly reception, fast check in. Our room was clean, we enjoyed our 2 days stay. Many shops and restaurants around, 7 minutes walking to the subway and less than 30 minutes to the railway station.

Stayed for 3 nights and the services from the front desk really super good. Friendly, helpful and ensure we have comfort stay. Guide us on how to use the 美团for ordering food as well as helping us to keep the parcel.
Last but not least, we were given to upgrade to a bigger room with window. Overall, great experience and recommend place.

Dislike : The toilet is flood everyday whenever shower.
Kudos : The staff at reception counter were nice and very helpful (The guy on night shift and the girl on morning shift). attitude is very good and polite.

Room was filled with cig smell even though it says no smoking. This branch is pretty old, and hygiene is not ideal. It is relative close to the train station. However, the neighbour is very quiet and dark at night.

The location is good, near the bund and walking distance from big malls. Cleanliness can be better but for the price you are paying, there are no complains!

Hotel service overall very satisfy. Hotel is clean and near to metro station. Hotel staff very helpful as they help us to extend our check out time to 3pm. They also help us to keep our clothes from laundry room. We hope that hotel can provide more washing machine for customer usage to avoid waiting time. In conclusion we highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel front deck girl is very friendly and helpful whenever we request help. Hotel lobby also provide free coffee, tea and some snacks. Room is ok and quite clean and very quiet at night time when coming back to have a good
sleep. Metro station only few minutes of walk.
