Except for the location, l do not recommend this hotel. It is located on second floor in a commercial building. Upon arrival, one has to walk up a few stairs to the elevator, which takes you to the second floor and a filthy reception area.  During check-in, l was told that l had been upgraded to a better room, free of charge. While in bed, turning off the lights, l discovered that behind the curtain, the room had no window. Being too tired to get up, next morning l requested a room with a window for my remaining two days, which l did get for a RMB100 upgrade per night. The room and the whole place smelled of mildew and were not clean. Towels and sheets were washed, but were worn and had stains that obviously could not be removed. I expected delivery if some items that l was told never arrived. Maybe it did, or maybe not. My recommendation: Stay away!

Good location. Good bed. We asked for late checkout, they are okay with it.

The room was perfect and people very friendly. We could store our luggage at the reception und could get our room earlier.

The only great point about this hotel was the location. The room only had hot water one day out of the whole stay. The ventilation of the building was horrible, as there was no windows so the air in the room felt a bit heavy. The cleaning lady came to the room one day at 4pm while we were talking a nap, and just opened the door and left it open without even checking if there was someone inside... I came to close the door on my underwear and when she saw the door open she insisted on and knocked on the door and said that she wanted to clean thr room, to what we politely refused feeling very confused about the timing and the unexpected invasion.

The king-size bed room has no window, so it is a little hard to tell the difference between day and night. But the price/performance ratio is good. The hotel is conveniently located and has abundant surrounding facilities. The sanitation is also good. It is very convenient to go to the Shanghai Exhibition Center, and the takeaway is delivered quickly.

I was taking classes nearby and wanted to find a place to rest between classes. Everything else was good and the front desk was friendly, but there was a bath towel that smelled very bad, like oil. I shuddered several times when I was drying my hair. Could you please stop using such old and smelly bath towels for guests?

The price/performance ratio is good, and the location is good. It is surrounded by Jing'an Kerry Center, with a good business atmosphere and convenient travel. It is a good choice for business trips. I have stayed here twice and it is not bad.

I went there two weeks ago. I didn’t want to comment anymore, but Ctrip reminded me that this was my worst hotel experience ever. Who would have thought that in a hotel in the center of Shanghai, I could be attacked by a cockroach the size of my pinky finger? It was bitten. At 7 o'clock in the morning, I vaguely felt something bitten my thigh. When I sat up, I suddenly felt my arm was bitten. When I looked to my right hand, I saw a huge cockroach lying on its back on my right side. I didn't even know that I was with this cockroach. How long have the cockroaches slept together? Afterwards, I went to the front desk, but no one cared about it for two or three hours. If I hadn't called Ctrip to complain, I'm afraid the matter would have been settled. The more I thought about it, the angrier it became. Although the accommodation fee was waived in the end, it still didn't matter. It makes me sick just thinking about it!

The hotel is in a good location. You can walk to Kerry Center to buy jelly cat, and you can also walk to Jing'an Temple to worship. The starting price of a taxi is to go to the Bund. Yuyuan Road is also very close. The family room I booked this time is okay.

The location is very good. I booked a special room on the eve of the holiday. Although it has no window, it is still good with the air conditioner on, which broke my original idea of ​​being cramped. I stayed there for one night and it was very cost-effective.

You can see the subway station from the hotel entrance. It's very close. There are no convenience stores nearby, but there is a supermarket in the shopping mall nearby. The room is small but clean and I think it's enough for a solo traveler. The front desk and the guest rooms are on the same floor, which is convenient. The woman at the front desk was very kind. I'd like to stay here again when I go to Shanghai.
