Location is fantastic, service is very attentive and pleasant, and while generally the hotel seems to be quite crowded during the weekends the overall impression is very good

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the International Shanghai Wonderland. The customer experience has been exceptional. My wife has left some leftover of cosmetics on the table in the hotel room. The staff Bruce took the trouble to contact us via WeChat to make sure we didn’t leave that behind by mistake. He also alerted us about the light show just before its beginning. The light show was spectacular & not to be missed

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Amazing service from Grace who made my birthday extra special. She made sure we had everything we needed. Our kids loved the light show and we loved our beautiful spacious room with the gorgeous view from our balcony. Betty from housekeeping was also super nice and helpful.

Amazing architecture and relaxing view. Definitely a go to 5 star hotel if you want to unwind from the bustling city.
Amenities and services were complete. We were provided with a personal service staff, Camille who answered all our inquiries and personal requests. My husband and I had a wonderful time here.
Although quite far from Shanghai city center, still worth the experience.

It's a great experience to stay here ! Bruce is very kind and thoughtful. It's very comfortable during the stay he noticed the information about the performance and amenities in advance. Beautiful scenery and wonderful performance.
